Guidati in 4x4, andrete dove nessuna macchina può entrare nel cuore della provincia di Matanzas, mentre vi addormenterete tra le piantagioni di zucchero e i villaggi addormentati della valle di Yumuri. Visitate la paradisiaca spiaggia di Corallo, fate snorkeling nella splendida Grotta di Saturno, pranzate in un ranch e godetevi un'avventura in motoscafo sul fiume - tutto in un solo giorno.La prima tappa è Coral beach, dove si può guadare nelle acque di questa bellissima baia e fare snorkeling fino alla barriera corallina circostante - una massa di coralli multicolori, spugne e pesci. Poi ci si dirige verso la Grotta di Saturno dove si può fare snorkeling e nuotare tra i pesci e le stalagmiti. Attraverserete anche la capitale della provincia, Matanzas, dove le case coloniali color pastello sbucciate evocano la gloria sbiadita dell'età dell'oro di Cuba.Farete una pausa per il pranzo al Rancho Gaviota e scoprirete un autentico ambiente rurale cubano. Dopo pranzo, c'è la possibilità di saltare in sella prima di un giro in barca lungo il fiume Canimar costeggiato dalle mangrovie per concludere una giornata ricca di azione.

The excursion was really well planned and would recommend. Customers should be advised at point of booking that extra cash will be needed for toilets, refreshments, etc. Would be better to split the drinks across the day rather than all three at lunch. Too much time given at ranch, otherwise all timed very well.

By far the best excursion out of 3 that we booked. 4 different places, lunch was tradition pork and rice, big portions too with 3 drinks included. Highly recommend

A long day with only two drinks included not enough, over priced for what’s included, stuck in jeep for too long going over very bad roads expected to see some off road experience instead just going through villages with dreadful roads in very small jeep and terrible comfort. Food when eventually arrived not great and as before then only two small drinks for what experience cost very poor. Speed boat ok but just up and down river, snorkling ok cave ok ranch for food gets you to buy before meal

We travelled with guide and mechanic which made our experience much better as we were given and asked so much about Cuba during the jeep journeys, I’m not sure whether I would have felt the same driving or travelling with strangers. Need to advise to take two swim wears one for snorkelling and one for cave swim otherwise sat in wet clothes for too long. Also it really isn’t easy getting in and out of the sea for snorkelling, this could be improved so that more people could join in.

The safari started at a river boat experiance which was good then to snorkelling /scuber diving as neither of did this and it wasn’t on a beach we just sat for the hour and a half .. the next was to a farm which was good.. the last was to a cave which was crowded and a bit boring so we sat and waited.. it was a very long day added by the areas we wish we could have skipped..please tell people to take extra money to pay for added extras!! Driver of jeep was excellent!!

Although this is expensive you do get to do a number of activities (although none for a long time). We weren't able to snorkel due to Jellyfish but they still took us to the location so we could buy a pinacolada - and we weren't told until we got there we couldn't do it. The horse ride is a short walk around a small field - not worth it. It also turns out if you've booked through a Canadian rep you get to drive the jeep with is considerably cheaper than UK that get private drivers.

An excellent day from start to finish, with a well informed local gauide. We couldn't take part in the snorkelling as the ocean was rough following a storm. This didn't detracted from the day though. A wonderful way to see a little of the countrysid.

The scuba diving was not very organised and unless you were a very component swimmer and snorkeler then not achievable. The cave was lovely but again the ladders into the water were broken so extremely difficult to get out which made it impossible for me to partake. The ranch and speedboat part was ok.

We loved every aspect of the activities included that day, be aware the actual jeep is very bumpy , but the schedule was not conducive to overall experience, so we had snorkelling in the morning and the last activity was the beautiful cave with swimming, I know they were in different locations but it was uncomfortable to get dry with your bathers underneath and have all the other activities plus lunch and get back wet again last thing, many did not do the cave for this reason.

The advert regarding this trip shows a 4x4 travelling through streams etc. We did not experience any actual 4x4 trips, only over badly tarmaced roads. Also, on entering the boat we had to board from the front of the boat which was extremely uncomfortable and awkward. We should've been able to board from the side. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the trip

We loved the attractions this tour included and it was a fun packed day. There was a lot of driving though, which is why the trip takes so long. The three main attractions only take up a small part of the day, but the jeeps are fun enough to travel enough, especially if there's been plenty of rain!

A brilliant tour, the snorkeling was expertly done with great guides, the underground lake was stunning, lunch a triumph, rounding everything off with the speedboat trip on the river.

Early pick up from the hotel to the carpark where the jeeps were. If you want to drive, stand your ground & theyll allow you. Remember they drive on the right side of the road though! From here you go to a speed boat and down the main river. Then back into the cars through cuba to the snorkling or scuba diving. If you dont fancy the water, you can have a massage here. Then back in the cars to the farm to buy some local snacks and fruit. And then for lunch. Live band. Horse riding & bull riding. Then to the final stop at the cave for a fresh water swim! Its beautiful. Bring two swim suits & towels & toilet roll! But its a fab day & amazing for the amount of money you spend!
