Cosa aspettarsi
Questo tour vi porta nel cuore della regione vinicola di Maiorca per assaggiare i frutti di una piccola cantina a conduzione familiare. Ci dirigeremo verso il villaggio di Santa Maria del Camí per visitare la Bodega Ramanyà per una visita guidata, completando l'esperienza con un tipico spuntino maiorchino. Xisco, una delle nostre guide locali, dice: "La famiglia è sinonimo di Maiorca rurale. Sono molto divertenti e vi racconteranno la storia dell'isola attraverso la loro collezione di manufatti agricoli".Durante il viaggio nella regione viticola di Binissalem, che è una denominazione di origine, la guida esperta vi illustrerà i vini dell'isola. Questo terroir è situato ai piedi delle montagne Tramuntana e, dice Xisco, "la terra fertile e il clima soleggiato conferiscono ai vini locali un gusto speciale". Visitando una bodega locale a conduzione familiare, contribuirete a una più equa distribuzione dei ricavi: alcuni dei maggiori produttori di vino maiorchino hanno vigneti nelle vicinanze.Durante la visita ai vigneti e alla cantina, imparerete a conoscere le varietà di uva, la raccolta, l'invecchiamento e l'imbottigliamento. Potrete anche osservare la collezione di manufatti di famiglia di un tempo. Questi venivano utilizzati per la coltivazione dell'uva e la lavorazione del terreno. Poi, arriva la parte migliore: degusterete tre vini a scelta insieme a uno spuntino in stile tapas a base di ingredienti di provenienza locale. Assaggerete pane, olio d'oliva, formaggi e altro ancora, il tutto innaffiato dai vini della cantina.

Firstly the only negative- we could not hear the driver / guide clearly !! He needs to talk louder. The winery visit was exceptional.The family were wonderful and high energy fun was had by all.The museum of all the machinery and carriages etc was fabulous and should be advertised on an equal parr as the winery Highly recommended.

An excellent experience. The Bodega Ramanya is a small, family run winery. The family meet and prpydly guide you around their beautiful bodega, gardens and personal museum. This is followed by a wine tasting, with copious food pairings including Mallorcan sausage, serrano ham, local cheese, olives, bread, olive oil and apple tart. The family catered for my vegan diet too, and another member of the group with gluten free food. The family, particularly Mama, are very welcome and welcoming.

A unique trip, so refreshingly different from others to wineries which I have visited in other countries. I enjoyed it immensely. The family who run the winery are both knowledgeable and entertaining. The gardens are beautiful. There was nothing to fault.

It was great Hosts were fantastic, wine flowed & nibbles were delicious . Guide was first time which she said she needed to brunch up on her knowledge but she did great. Highly recommend this experience

Brilliant day, the only downside was that we wanted it to be longer! Lots of information from Mrs O, our guide, at the winery itself our hosts were engaging & welcoming & the wine & food were excellent, on the face of it the value doesn't seem great, you do get very generous measures of wine & there are plenty of nibbles to go round but the day is so much more than just product alone, we got to chat with people from all over the world, all suitably loosened by the excellent wine, recommended!

Very enjoyable visit from start to finish. The family were very welcoming.. Mother was an absolute gem, The museum was very interesting and informative. It was all finished off with a light lunch, (which was delicious)and wine tasting. All I can say is that the wine flowed freely, and in my opinion, this was more like having friends around to visit. Our guide was also very good and knowledgeable. An excellent experience and well worth the money.

The whole experience was excellent. The family owners were so nice. Beautiful area. Wine was excellent and plentiful. The food was delicious not loads but just enough. Would definitely recommend this tour.

It was a fabulous day out the house family and winery was just beautiful made to feel so welcome lots of glasses of wine and local food the ramanya family was so welcoming and entertaining and our guide was so noligable she was brilliant we was told to call her Mrs O oh and the familys dog was fab too she even came on our coach to say bye bye loved every minute carnt wait to go again

The tour of the vineyard was excellent; informative and entertaining. The wine tasting was very, very enjoyable, with great company around the table. Star of the show was the lady owner of the vineyard.

Such a lovely day. The family were so welcoming and a lot of fun. Everyone chatting and enjoying the food and wine. Our tour guide is very knowledgeable and made the day really interesting. Also the driver was excellent.

This trip exceeded our expectations! The location was beautiful and had some stunning views of the Majorca mountains. The tour was very informative and we learned a lot whilst also having fun. Snacks were great, and I’m personally not a wine drinker, yet found their wines delicious and even bought some home! Everything was fantastic :)

This is the second time we’ve done this wine tasting experience and an experience it certainly is! The hosts are fantastic entertaining and informative. The wines are of high quality and the measures provided extremely generous as is the accompanying food. My only slight criticism would be that I had hoped there may be more of an insight into the wine making process than was provided.

Spent to long going to other hotels 80 mins each ways. Started wine tasting at about 10.30 too early not a true wine tasting exercise but wine drinking finished by 13.00hrs so could have started the whole trip later and started tasting at 12.30 say. The whole tasting was rushed. The venue and the host were great good morning

The wine tour was very informative and set in a lovely Majorcan house and gardens. The family were fantastic hosts and were entertaining as well as informative. With a lovely Majorcan lunch accompanied by the lovely wine from the families vineyards.

It was a really great day out, with the added bonus of the museum of old farm machinery on site. The lunch was superb, as was the wine of course! The owners were delighful.
