Walk through olive groves and get an in-depth introduction to cultivation, different cultivars, and production methods.You'll take part in the harvesting using traditional tools or, if you prefer, you can just assist in the harvesting. Later you'll visit an olive oil mill and its processing machinery and you'll have the chance to see the transformation from olives into extra virgin olive oil.An EVOO tasting and a typical lunch will be offered. Excellent
We hebben een heerlijke excursie gehad. We hebben een fijne Engelstalige rondleiding gehad door de olijfgaarden en zelf mogen helpen met oogsten. Daarna hebben we gezien hoe ze olie van de olijven maken een proeverij gehad en afgesloten met een heerlijke home-Made lunch.
