Poor

The trip was smooth running but once we got on we stopped at a place to buy bits. Also once arriving to the paradise valley it certainly wasn't what the photos of TUI showed on the website. Muddy water and extremely slippery for all ages. I wouldn't recommend this trip as then your stranded near a muddy pool. I think TUI should rethink their wording and photographs of this trip . A lot of people were disappointed .

Nice clean bus,friendly bus driver and guide.the guide spoke in 3 languages, he did a great job.Very informative and funny,he also did some card tricks.The bus driver walked at the back to make sure nobody got lost.And he walked back with some people who couldn't make it all the way.On the way back we stopped at a garden where we had a tour of the plants,trees,cacty they use in there oils,creams.Was very interesting,then of course you could buy them,but there was no pressure to do so.-litter....

The guide was fantastic and knowledgable. I had to call as no one a forever to pick us up so they had to call another tour guide to pick us up. So we were half hour late. The pictures advertised were nothing like the place we showed up at! Like not remotely! A stop off at some random farm where someone tries to sell you a load of stuff was not on the itinerary.

1. Walk not as described. 15 mins walk became ( as a 75 yr old) a treacherous tricky hour or more over mud / water & slimy stones. Fell over & fell into stream from log ‘bridge, over said stream. Guide v supportive. Issue was not that it was tricky for older guests but irritation at the misleading description. Accurate description would mean informed choices. Pleased I did it but definitely wouldn’t have done if I had known how what the walk entailed. Excellent guide helped enormously.

Poor

Nice to see some of the area, BUT paradise valley it was not. Admittedly there had been some rain but the walk to the valley was not worth it. The entire area was full of litter and the waters brown. The photos on the advert could not have been further from the reality. Our guide was lovely but I wouldn’t recommend this trip.

Excellent

Ayoub was our driver and guide, he really took care of us all day. His English was excellent and he had lots of interesting facts to share. The Argon oil shop was very informative and a great stop. A short hike took us to a beautiful swimming spot. Ayoub was also a life guard so it felt very safe.

Amazing day out Atlas Mountain and paradise valley absolutely beautiful, countryside peaceful and enjoyed the swimming. Honey tour fabulous Our guide Mohammed and our driver were so helpful and made sure we were safe and thoroughly enjoyed our day we felt so looked after. Mohammed was knowledgeable and we learned so much. Thank you so much for a wonderful day

Had an amazing day! Our tour guide was absolutely phenomenal, very knowledgeable and very friendly! Took pictures of us while in the trip and sent them to us at the end - which was a nice added bonus, especially when the photos were amazing! Could not recommend this trip enough!

Our guide was excellent and we enjoyed Paradise valley. We were happy to stop enroute at an olive oil/honey retailer. But £16 for a tiny jar of honey is ridiculous when a large jar at the Souk was £2.

Such great value for money with transfers included. The guides were so knowledgeable and friendly! Chatted to them lots and they advised us on the best place to jump of the rocks safely which was super fun! Such a beautiful place, worth the visit!
