Great tour guide from the start explaining rules at border and meeting points also very good at providing lots of information about where to go and showing us the meeting points looked after us whilst going through border making sure everyone was through and very polite

We enjoyed the whole day,the pick up from our hotel was on time and a enjoyable journey,our guide max was full of useful info,when we arrived we wanted to do some other things which we hadn’t booked,but max sorted these for us.

We effectively just had the coach travel to and from Gibraltar but the way the hope thing was managed was excellent with plenty of information enabling us to decide how we wanted to spend the day

Coach arrived at our pick time early and we left exactly on time. Great views on journey. Tour guide Robert very friendly and helpful. We just booked the self guided Gibralta trip. Plenty of time to explore.

The rep did really well explaining things was very knowledgable . Due to 3 different languages it got a bit much listening to them but it was her job and that’s just us not being able to understand other languages

Very good destination. The border control is slow and political but tour time management needs to take more account of this. We were 25 minutes late being picked up on outward journey despite being asked to be ready 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. Also we were 30 minutes late leaving Gibraltar coach station. The guide was more interested in passengers sending voice messages to Gary than checking our welfare and updating us on delays.

From start to finish our trip was brilliant. Our guide Sonia was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly, funny and informative. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept us entertained while stuck in traffic.

We enjoyed the shopping trip but it took 4 hours to get there and three coming back there was to many stops at different hotels and people were wanting to go to thextoiket and we only stopped once when we were about ten minutes from Gibralter

The return time 4.15 clashed with a LOT more other tourists going though border control at the same time it was Mayhem. Maybe worth picking up your passengers earlier and starting back home earlier. Say 3.30.

Didn’t enjoy stop at services toilet’s were disgusting . Guide could have given clearer instructions for passport control . Example British nationals queue to the right EU citizens queue to the left.

The bus came as stated ..and we had Barbara who was lovely and very knowledgeable and interesting throughout our journey...our driver Danielle was just as nice someone had a fall on there knee he cleaned it and looked after her 10 out of 10 for both of them...our trip to Gibraltar was lovely

Good trip and worth the money but a few things let it down. The buses don't have toilets - they really should for the length of journey. Also no planned toilet stops. I heard someone ask for a toilet stop and they were refused… the guide even said ‘we know people have bladder problems’ - extremely unacceptable. Also, the guide talked over the intercom the entire way there. It was in 4 languages which is understandable but he was relentlessly repetative. Could have been done much quicker.

We were on 'shopping trip' and Gibraltar was fab! The guide was lovely and spoke at least 5 languages. However she had to constantly translate information in 4 languages whilst on our coach down to Gibraltar, she hardly took breath, not her fault (Tui) but not in any way relaxing first thing! She actually asked some people to stop talking(!) as it was affecting those listening for their languages (90% UK 10% 3 diff EU), it was like being on an international school trip but not the same fun!

Overall really good. The guide (José) was great and it was impressive to hear him talk to us in English and German. His sense of humour was appreciated. He kept us informed about timings and what to expect at the border crossing. The coach was good quality and comfortable, but I'd recommend a coach with a toilet or maybe making a quick rest break, as the trip is 2 hours each way. Thanks also to our driver, who I believe is called Emilio.

Anna guide was friendly and informative. We just did shopping trip / just about right free time. Took local bus to Europa Point / only £1.50 return for seniors. Only down side was going back through Spanish immigration- took 1hour 20 minutes.

We only paid for coach for shopping trip but paid for cable car up the rock found it very easy with map given to us by rep had plenty of time to shop and have lunch rep was very good and helpful

The guide Frederic was so lovely, my niece lost her TUI sticker and wanted another. Frederic took the time to write her name on the sticker and give her another one. For a 5 year old, this made for a memorable moment.
