Your lady was waiting for me. She was very friendly and whisked me through very quickly. Certainly the only way to get entrance into Hurghada. I hope my departure is as quick. I'd recommend this to everyone.

While I found the overall experience very good, and although I understand the higher cost given the efficiency and convenience, I do have a serious concern regarding the visa fee. We were informed that the cost was 25 euros, but as we only had sterling available, we were charged £25. Our guide had explained that the fee should either be 25 euros or the sterling equivalent based on the exchange rate. Clearly, this was not applied, and we were overcharged. I believe this was unfair.

Der Service war sehr gut. Nur der Taxifahrer, der Empfohlen wurde war unfreundlich und wollte 50€ für die Fahrt und ein Ticket was er angeblich kaufen musste. War bereits schon öfters hier, habe noch nie so was gehört. Also lieber selber ein Taxi nehmen wo auch Taxi drauf steht.

This experience was made super easy! Having never travelled to Hurgarda before rather than worry about visas etc we decided to book this. We were met in arrivals by a lady, clearly sign posted, queue jumped everywhere and a porter carried our luggage to our transfer. 30 mins in and out!

I will be emailing a detailed complaint and I want my money back ! Staff had no concern for my daughter - made her walk through the whole process - no wheelchair offered At each step they said that’s as far as they go - I had to insist they stay with us until our gate - they didn’t ! They said they are not allowed any further and I had to navigate through people etc to get to gate 42 which was right at the end of the airport - waiting at the gate I saw the staff walking around there !! Ich kann es sehr Empfehlen, wir wurden direkt mit hoch gehobenen Namensschild mit unserem Namen drauf empfangen, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ging alles schnell und Reibungslos. Wir sind durch lange Warteschlangen geschleust worde, das Visum haben wir für 25€ Euro pro Person erhalten innerhalb 3 Minuten. Der Mitarbeiter Mohammad war sehr freundlich und sprach sehr gutes Englisch. Wir haben uns auch mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern sehr sicher gefühlt. Nur der Preis bekommt ein Abzug.

Gefallen hat die Freundlichkeit des Personals, man war sehr bemüht. Schön wäre noch eine separate Abfertigung beim Einchecken gewesen. Hierbei hatten wir im letzten Türkei-Urlaub bessere Erfahrung. Perfekte Abwicklung. Mitarbeiterin und Assistent warteten bereits in der Ankunftshalle direkt bei der Zoll-Stelle mit einem Schild. Freundlicher Umgang, Englich-Kenntnisse, schnelle Erledigung. Sind einfach an allen Warteschlangen vorbei. Danach wurden die Koffer auf den Wagen gehoben und der richtige Privatttransfer gesucht (Extra Buchung im Voraus). Waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, ca. 30 Min. nach Landung im Auto, aber nur wg. 15 Min. Wartezeit auf Koffer. Ab jetzt immer so, 1,5 Std. gespart

Es hat sich wirklich gelohnt! So schnell war ich noch nie durch alle Kontrollen gekommen. Empfang mit Schild von einer sehr netten Dame, die dann alles in die Hand genommen hat. Dann kam noch ein Mitarbeiter dazu, Koffer wurden aufgeladen und ab zum Transfer. Das werde ich jetzt immer so machen!

The only downside to the experience was that the guide took us to the wrong baggage reclaim, one that had nothing coming out. They then found the right one after about 1/2 an hour & it was only our luggage left, so effectively we were out of the airport after everyone else on our flight

The fast track experience was worth every penny. We were met on arrival at the airport by a representative wearing a red blazer, with my name on. We gave our passports and followed the rep to the front of all the queue's. A very friendly man filled out are visa's on our behalf and our landing cards. A porter collected our luggage from the carousel and escorted us to our numbered coach to travel to our chosen hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff. We felt like VIP's. Highly recommended.

Ein super Service. Wir wurden am Gate abgeholt. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und ziemlich auf Zack. Sie hat uns gleich die Visums besorgt, ohne das wir uns anstellen mussten. Zur Passkontrolle hatten wir einen eigenen Zugang,alles ohne Wartezeit.Top . Anschließend wurden die Koffer geholt und wir wurden bis zu unserem Transferbus begleitet. Top Service Jederzeit wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen das ist an einigen Stellen sichtbar. Ein großes Problem möchte ich aber anmerken. Ich bin in meiner Mobilität etwas eingeschränkt, habe aber auch viele andere Urlauber gesehen und auch gesprochen, das die Bodenplatten im Poolbereich, sehr glatt sind, gerade wenn sie nass sind. Somit besteht eine große Unfallgefahr auzurutschen was ich auch bei einigen beobachten konnte, und auch mir passierte. Das sollte unbedingt abgestellt we

I enjoy not waiting in queues and having the process taken care of including the completion of documentation required by immigration/passport control appeals to me very much and this is exactly what I received with this service. I always feel a little uncomfortable when taken to the front of queues but everyone has the option to purchase the fast track service so this is just a personal thing. Overall, I cannot fault the service I received and the professional, yet friendly, nature of the staff.

I was told to go speak to a security person because they didn't have my information. He sent me back to the experience staff who didn't seem to know what was happening with my booking. Trotz des relativ hohen Preises empfand ich den Service als sehr gut. Es ging sehr schnell, innerhalb von 15 Minuten konnte ich den Flughafen verlassen. Der Preis in Höhe von 50 €/Person pro einen Service (Ankunft oder Abflug) ist schon ziemlich hoch. Ich bin der Meinung, dass man entweder ein günstigeres Komplettangebot oder auch Partner-/Familienangebote anbieten könnte.

e was very welcoming, and the fast track was exactly as it says on the tin and so much more. we were met with very friendly staff who just took over and whisked us through all the rig moral of the arrival and departure even filling out immigration cards and dealing with passport control both ways from very convenient meeting point right through to baggage collect and to transport on way in, and from entrance to departure lounge on way back. bit more information when met would be adventageous

Service war perfekt wie immer. Nach 3 Stunden Verspätung waren wir glücklich, so schnell an der gigantischen Schlange vor der Passkontrolle vorbei zu kommen und, ohne Koffer schleppen zu müssen, zum Tui Schalter und unserem Transfer gebracht zu werden. Mitarbeiter und der junge Mann, der sich um unser Gepäck gekümmert hat, waren trotz der späten Stunde freundlich und professionell. Gerne wieder.

Amazing service from start to finish.
Everything was hassle free, lovely lady waiting for us as soon as we got into the airport. No problems getting visas or luggage. All luggage popped on a trolley and escorted to our private transfer. Not a single queue to deal with it was all effortlessly done!!

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir in den Kontrollbereichen von anderen Reisenden (ohne Fast Lane Service) beschimpft wurden. Eine Lösung wäre eine separate Linie bzw. Separate Kontrollstellen nur für Fast Lane Service. So würde man nicht mit den anderen Reisenden in Kontakt kommen.

I was really impressed with the speed, friendliness and help nature of the experience. Immigration cards were filled in for us and then straight to the front of the Q. We had to wait a bit for bags due to being though so quick and then helped to the transport, treated like VIP’s all the way!

Wir haben diesen Service für den Hin- und Rückflug gebucht. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf den Rückflug. Wir kamen am Flughafen an und wurden von mehreren Mitarbeitern hektisch in Empfang genommen. Trotz Buchung eines deutschen Guides, konnte keiner Deutsch und auch nur schlechtes Englisch. Die Guides waren super hektisch und ließen uns ständig alleine stehen. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass diese uns einfach schnell loswerden wollten. Am Ende ist der Guide ohne Tschüss zu sagen verschwunden.
