Guide was very calm and friendly but could have been more informative at essaouria as was giving minimal information. Great on coach, not at destination. Needed toilet break sooner than lunch.

The tour guide at the medina and port had great local knowledge and spoke very good English. It was great to see some of the real morocco culture. The only concern I had was I thought the tour was 10 hours but we left at 7am and got back at 8pm and 4 hours only was spent at the medina. I still enjoyed the tour but would of prefered to have a more realistic estimate for the time for the tour.

My only disappointment was the timings given in the tour information. The time on the coach was nearly twice as long as indicated and had I know that I would not have gone.

I had an amazing experience on the Essaouira & Medina Tour! Our local guide was incredibly knowledgeable, offering fascinating insights into the history and culture of the town. Exploring the Medina was a highlight, with its vibrant streets and artisan shops. The pace of the tour was perfect, giving us ample time to enjoy the sights. Lunch was delicious, featuring authentic Moroccan cuisine. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to discover the charm and beauty of Essaouira!

It was good to get out of Agadir for the day. Hassan, the guide, speaks good English (and Arabic, French & German) and was happy to pass on his knowledge of Essaouira and it’s history. Trip included visit to an Argan oil cooperative, the harbour and Medina with a simple fish lunch included and free time to wander about. This is a great day trip and I’m happy to recommend.

Essaouira was really good . The guide (Mohammed) was excellent. The compulsory Argan oil stop on every trip can be a bit of a oh no moment, but just a minor inconvenience.

Great
It took a long time to get there as the roads are poor. Our driver was excellent, very safe. The lunch was excellent. We didn’t have enough time there to enjoy the city. We could have done with an extra hour or two, considering the drive.

When we booked the tour we were told that lunch was not provided. We were very pleased to learn that on the day, that had changed and lunch was provided as part of the package. The lunch was very tasty.

Very impressed with my 1st TUI holiday. Booking online was quick & easy. Particularly liked the presence of TUI staff at the airport who were available to answer any queries & guide passengers in the right direction. The absence of a TUI rep at my resort not a problem as hotel staff so helpful. Hotel experience couldn’t have been better. All staff exceptionally friendly & helpful. My suite exceeded expectations & was meticulously cleaned daily. I would not hesitate to book another TUI holiday.

Essaouira is definitely worth a visit when in Morocco. A day enriched with culture, heritage, amazing scenery,great places to eat & shop. What’s not to love about Essaouira? The mini-bus was air-conditioned and seats were very comfortable. Comfort breaks were made on both legs of the journey, to allow for refreshments, stretching your legs and a visit to the bathroom. Staff at the service station were very welcoming and the facilities were of a very clean standard. Excellent tour guide & driver

The guide was excellent, informative and helpful with an excellent restaurant suggestion. However I have issues, one of the party was a child and do not feel a tour of this length is suitable for one so young, this was exacerbated by the excessive journey times 5 hours outbound 4 inbound.
