The trip and the guides were fantastic. Unfortunately we both have food poisoning from the chicken that was sat out in trays in this heat . We are confined to our rooms today .

2x adult and 1x child. All enjoyed our tour around Tulum with the very knowledgeable Carlos! Gave great insight about Tulum and the Mayans and was interactive from pick up to drop off. Our driver Migual, also our guide in Cenote Nohoch was great, helped my daughter (7) and adapted the Cenote tour accordingly, for which we were grateful. Overall no complaints, highly recomended

Avoid at all costs! Pickup time was changed twice, resulting in an unacceptable 2.5-hour delay from the original 7 am schedule. Contacting TUI for a refund was futile; they cited their regulations and contract as justification for the changes and offered only a 10% discount voucher instead. This level of unreliability, poor communication, and refusal to provide a proper refund is unethical and ruined our experience. We will never use this company again.

The cenote that this tour visits is very private, with limited visitors which meant we had a really great visit, some of the others are massive and too busy. I thoroughly commend our guide Tomas for making an unforgettable experience. He helped me swim through the cave when I was scared which meant I didn't miss out on an amazing experience.

I thought the trip was amazing value for money with two incredible experiences included. Also, there wasn't much trying to sell in shops and with local producers as on some other tours. The guide and driver were both brilliant. I have only knocked points off the tour as the pickups in the morning take hours and you have to transfer onto another bus.

Beperkte uitleg in Tulum door de gids. Dit kon uitgebreider. Zwemmen in de cenote was geweldig en verkoelend. De weg er naartoe is echt een ramp! Ter plaatse moesten we ook nog 3 dollar betalen voor een zwemvest. Dit moet vooraf gemeld worden, net zoals de 20 dollar cash die we moesten betalen aan taxen. Dat laatste wisten we vooraf …

Unser Guide (Sandro) ist wirklich ein super Typ! Mit ganz viel Hintergrundwissen, Empathie und Spaß hat er uns durch den Tag gebracht. Alles war super Organisiert und sehr witzig. Uns beiden hat es enorm viel Spaß gemacht! Die Cenote ist wirklich ein Traum und auch hier hat Sandro nicht zu viel versprochen. Es gibt genug Zeit alles zu erkunden und den ein oder anderen Tipp! Wirklich zu empfehlen. !

Activity was fun and enjoyable. The guide who toured us through Tulum was incredibly knowledgeable. The Cenote was fun but I would have liked to tour a few cenotes instead of a single touristy cenote as there were 2-3 other groups of 10 or more who came to the same cenote.

The guide was entertaining and knowledgeable. The Cenote was lovely and our guide guarded out belongings so we saved on lockers. The ruins are amazing and our guide had lots of insight into the mayans. The transport was quick and comfortable. Really good value for money.

Sandro our guide was amazing. The tulum part of the excursion was so interesting. Be prepared to be hot and walk! The Cenote in real life was breathtaking. There was plenty of time to explore and so much knowledge shared. Thank you Santos and Martin!

I was told to contact provider to confirm pick up time. I shouldn't need to do this - I provided details at booking so they should have contacted me. When I did call they couldn't find the booking. I spoke to the hotel Tui rep and she managed to sort it out with them. The excursion was fine but not great. The guide was pleasant but the tour of the Tulum ruins was poor and there was pretty much no information about the cenote. The price was good compared to other tours available.

A lot of people were on this tour and do the coach was a little late getting to us but the day itself was wonderful. The tour guide Tomas was knowledgable & entertaining. The Tulum ruins were wonderful and the se at the Cenote was truly memorable.

I forgot the older gentleman’s name but he was AWESOME!! The bus driver as well. I learned a lot of cool things in Tulum and had a GREAT time swimming in the cenote.

A confusing start and no replies to 2 x emails sent to the third party operator. Our Tui rep had to call them to find out that the expected pick up time and pick up location had changed. However, the tour was very interesting, decent value for money and the guide was really good.
