You'll access the Dome at the time booked. Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes in advance to collect your tickets and download the audio guide to your smartphone (you will not receive another device)
The reservation for entering Brunelleschi's Dome is mandatory and can't be modified. If on the day of the visit you won't be able to respect the selected time, you'll lose the right to visit the monument
You can visit the other monuments of the complex once at the time you prefer within 72 hours: Florence Cathedral, Crypt of Santa Reparata, Baptistery of San Giovanni, Giotto's Bell Tower, Opera del Duomo Museum
The audio tour app is available in 5 languages: English, Italian, French, Spanish and German
Free tickets are available for: children under 7, people with disabilities and one accompanying person
Visitors are required to climb 463 steps. No lifts are available. The climb is not recommended for people suffering from heart problems, vertigo or claustrophobia
Tickets cannot be purchased by school groups. Those who don't follow this rule will not be accepted at the entrance and will not get a refund
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. ID may be requested to certify the age

Excellent experience strongly recommend and having seen the queues to the Cathedral it is excellent investment. For the cathedral, please make sure you join the ‘little queue’ for the crypt entrance not the main queue which is super long.

Il complesso del Duomo di Firenze è qualcosa di imperdibile se ci si trova a visitare la città. La Cupola del Brunelleschi vale da sola biglietto e fatica per raggiungerla, anche se purtroppo il tempo a disposizione risulta alla fine essere poco.

Firenze lascia sempre un bel ricordo, abbiamo visitato la cupola del Brunelleschi, è spettacolare, con lo stesso biglietto avremmo potuto visitare la torre di Giotto, il museo e la chiesa sotto al duomo, ma ci siamo stati in un giorno l'ultima volta e questi monumenti li avevamo già visti.

Les horaires ne sont pas assez souples, nous avons étés très mal renseignés sur place
Rv à 15h45 pour le Dôme et ensuite la cathédrale , sauf qu il faut une heure pour le dôme , visite conseillée en premier par les agents sur place et que la cathédrale est fermée à 16h, nous avons fait une 1/2

La Cúpula merece lo que se comenta sobre ella y más.
Muchos escalones pero subida fácil hasta el último tramo que es un poco más difícil. Yo que tengo algo de vértigo superé ese tramo con facilidad.
La organización es buena aunque sería ideal que no hubiera que canjear el ticket en Florencia.

Der Besuch als solcher und die Partnersgentur vor Ort: prima. ABER: Wir hatten einen Besuch der Kuppel um 9.15 Uhr gebucht; das ausgestellte Ticket ließ aber erst einen Zugang zur Kuppel um 13 Uhr zu. Bei anderer Planung des Urlaubes hätte dies zu einem bösen Erwachen geführt.
