Il Garrafon Natural Reef Park si trova a breve distanza da Cancun e vi porterà a Isla Mujeres per una giornata di attività, snorkeling, una nuotata con i delfini e relax sulla spiaggia. È il momento di giocare a fare i naufraghi del deserto per un giorno ed esplorare un recinto tropicale pieno di verde della giungla, piscine e splendide barriere coralline.Lasciata Playa Langosta, salperete per Isla Mujeres su un catamarano privato e avrete il privilegio di arrivare al parco prima di tutti gli altri. Prima, però, vi attende una speciale nuotata con i delfini reali, durante la quale vi troverete faccia a faccia con questi simpatici animali e avrete l'opportunità di nuotare al loro fianco. Il Garrafon Natural Reef Park è stato allestito per far divertire tutti con snorkeling, zipline e kayak quando ci si sente pieni di energia, oltre a una piscina a sfioro e amache da spiaggia nell'area VIP per i momenti di relax.Dopo pranzo visiteremo anche l'area di Punta Sur del parco, una graziosa scogliera che risuona di storia e cultura locale. Con un giardino di sculture e le rovine di un antico Mayatemple, è un luogo interessante dove sicuramente incontrerete diverse iguane che amano crogiolarsi in questa zona. Preparatevi quindi a una giornata ricca di azione che vi mostrerà il meglio di Isla Mujeres.

The service and staff was absolutely amazing. The day itself was just amazing. There wasn't anything that the staff could do better. However, the selection of food wasn't the best, but didn't ruin the day

Really well organised, friendly guide. Lots of hidden benefits, like we didn’t just swim with dolphins we swam with manatees, nurse sharks and sting rays too. Three chances to eat, once on the boat, once at the dolphins and once at the reef park- all included. The boat was unlimited drinks, as was everywhere else. only downside was due to the weather the snorkelling and kayaking was cancelled. But we still zip lined and there were plenty of pools to swim in. Loved it. Would 100% recommend.

We had an amazing day all round, sadly the weather wasn’t on our side and we were unable to do snorkelling and kayaking although snorkelling did go ahead just as we were about to leave. Nevertheless, fantastic day, our guide Juan was fabulous.

The whole trip was managed very well. At each handover point we were given clear instructions when and where to be. Removing the occasional worry when taking trips like this. The main negative point is the restriction on taking photos. The ones you can purchase do capture the experience but are over priced and could be better quality.

We did this tour yesterday and it exceeded all of our expectations from start to finish the whole day was incredible... when they said all inclusive they meant it both on and off the catamaran food and drink was free all day !! Swimming with the dolphins was fantastic and brought tears to my eyes when my 8 year old was flying through the air on 2 dolphins noses, we had a brilliant morning at discovery cove and an amazing afternoon ziplining and snorkeling at garrafon Park Highly recommend ??

Great

It's an expensive experience with the photo package you purchase separately. Don't use the photographer on the boat you get one on the island, we refused his service and for some strange reason he wasn't on the return trip. Like I said it's expensive but worth it, It can be a long day and the minibus transfer can take up to 90 minutes depending on your hotel location.

The trip was unbelievable, we have a 6 and 7-year-old and were told the 6-year-old could do all the activities with the dolphins however when we were in the water the guide decided he wasn't tall enough and they had a height restriction. This was not told to us before we booked and would have changed our plans for the day. The main dolphin trainer did however give my son a different experience with a belly ride on the dolphin which was great! However, people need to be made aware of the height

This experience was more than what we hoped for. The staff conducting the tour were faultless, from start to finish they made sure everybody was happy and wanting for nothing. This trip made our holiday. The only thing that Tui could improve is their communication. I sent 3 emails prior to departure, confirming details of this trip, plus 3 messages on the tui app once on holiday. Arrangements were only finalised the day before we left which was stressful! Trip amazing, Tui- do better!

Great experience however should be more up front about extortionate additional costs for photography. Unable to take your own photographs leaving no choice other than to pay for the photography or have no photographs on the main parts of the experience.

Overall service and trip were excellent. Food onboard and at dolphin experience a little basic and guide could have explained what was available and included in our package at both locations a little better but overall excellent
