We bought this experience before departure thinking that it would be a lovely end to our cruise. what we did not know at the time was that the very same evening, on board the TUI Maya there would be Hungarian dancing, the evening meal, and a movie on the top deck. So we did not go on the experience. By the time we realised. it was too late to get a refund. Maybe this information could be flagged up so that other travellers do not pay for experiences that they subsequently find they do not want.

We did not attend the hour and half boat trip simply because the boat station was too far to walk for my wife and the weather was extremely windy and cold, and this being our first cruise not realised I would not have booked this trip ,in future will not book trips until I am on board, was disappointed with the information given to me over the phone.

Croisière sympathique et très jolie de nuit avec une bonne ambiance mais nous aurions préféré un peu plus d’explication sur les bâtiments que nous voyons du bateau , avec un peu de commentaire historique par exemple .

The river cruise with welcome drink was lovely.our only thing was finding where to get on the boat.it was a good 30 minute walk from where tui maya was moored.we did ask Janet where it was and she didn’t know and said she would find out for us but she never got back to us

Had we known that TUI Maya would do a night cruise up the Danube to Margaret Island and back we would not have booked this cruise as we were doing the cruise in daylight However the musicians and dancers were very entertaining and our welcome drink was good

Boat was bigger than expected, enjoyed the sightseeing experience and Hungarian dancers/musicians who performed. Perhaps would have liked the prominent buildings/statues to be pointed out on a short commentary. At time of booking tour through Tui did not realise we had to make our own way to meeting point, think this should have been made clearer at time of booking

When we booked this it was not clear that it was a sub contracted excursion rather than one organised by the boat. As the distance from the ship was considerable we didn’t bother going on the tour. Cannot comment further on the excursion anymore.

Staff were helpful - nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Would have liked more time in Vienna. The only thing that wasn't so comfortable was having to take the coach to Vienna to fly home. Last year I flew back from Budapest.
