Cosa aspettarsi
L'escursione Tropea-Capovaticano parte dal Porto di Tropea (eletto borgo più bello d'Italia nel 2021) e vi dà la possibilità di visitare tutte le calette della costa degli Dei raggiungibili solo via mare. L'avventura prevede tre soste, ciascuna della durata di circa 20 minuti. Durante la prima tappa, visiterete la rinomata Grotta Azzurra, nota anche come Grotta dello Scheletro, dove potrete nuotare.Successivamente, vi recherete a Formicoli, noto anche come Forum Herculis, un antico porto romano. Si prega di portare con sé costumi da bagno e prodotti per la protezione solare.
Nota: i bambini devono stare in braccio, i seggiolini non sono disponibili.

We got a taxi to the Port of Tropea (as detailed in the booking) , but it was the wrong entrance and it took us 30 minutes to find the right place. The point of departure was not signposted and there were lots of other boat tours. The boat was small and felt a lot of people had been crammed on. It was exhilarating speeding on the water but no life jackets had been offered and there was nothing to hold onto which felt scary and dangerous. The stops for swimming were beautiful and staff friendly.

Wir sind mit einem (überdachten) Schlauchboot an der Küste entlanggefahren. Teilweise war es ziemlich rasant und wackelig. Wir haben an drei Stellen gehalten, um zu baden. Es gab Taucherbrillen aber leider keine Schnorchel. Die Tour wurde auf Italienisch und Englisch begleitet. Zwischendurch gab es einen kleinen Snack und Sekt. Die Musik war leider etwas zu laut. Die Tourguides waren sehr freundlich und haben zu besonderen Stellen auch spannende Informationen geteilt. Es war eine lustige Tour.

En härlig tur med fantastiskt hav och ljuvlig och spännande kuststräcka att titta på. Hade ev önskat mer exklusiva stopp (andra båtar stannade på samma ställen) för snorklingen. Hade önskar att Tui betättat/skyltat bättre för svårt att veta och hitta vilken tur vi bokat in då det var flera bolag så det blev snurrigt för oss. Men på der stora hela var det en av veckans höjdpunkter. Otroligt vackert hav och mysig tur!

Turen är jättefin! Men som snorklingstur var det inte bra pga utrustningen. Vid första stoppet sa de: nu kan ni bada 20 min. Efter en stund frågade guiden om jag ville ha en mask och kastade i ett cyklop i vattnet utan snorkel. När jag frågade efter det kastade han i även den i vattnet och det var för meckigt att få på utrustningen där i vattnet så det blev ingen snorkling där. När jag frågade efter simfötter hade de inga, eftersom vi inte orkade simma så långt kom vi inte till det finaste.

Der Ausflug war insgesamt sehr sehr schön. Die Crew sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Schön wäre gewesen beim letzten Ziel (Grotte) etwas mehr Zeit zu haben und eventuell bei den anderen zwei etwas weniger. Aber trotzdem war es super und kann nur weiter empfohlen werden.

We thought overall very good fun experience. Crew very helpful and friendly.. Enjoyed the boat ride. Possibly a safety briefing may help those who feel nervous but we were fine. We really enjoyed it. Wayne and Jenny Brown

The trip was popular and busy. The boat was full, with a nice crowd of Italians. We went to a couple of lovely snorkelling spots, teeming with fish. The captain blasted out Italian music - sea shanties, we think, and we really liked it! We had a decent glass of Prosecco and local snacks, before whizzing back to Tropea. It was fun and good value.
