Poor
I never received my ticket so I never got in. TUI took my money and left me stranded outside the venue. All 'help' listed on the ticket didn't do anything also GlobelTix didn't help at all

Das Ticket was ich erhalten habe war nicht für die gebuchte Attraktion. Ich habe ein Ticket für eine 20 Minuten Audio Tour durch den Außenbereich als Ticket bekommen. Das ist ganz einfach verarsche. Bin auch nicht der erste wenn ich die Kommentare sehe.

Es standen leider keine Scancodes für die Ticketkontrolle auf den Vouchern zur Verfügung . Nachdem wir den Veranstalter angeschrieben und um die QR-Codes gebeten hatten, wurden uns Tickets für etwas völlig anderes zur Verfügung gestellt. Statt Flower Dome und Cloud Forest (was wir gebucht hatten und was auch auf den Voichern stand), bekamen wir Karten für Disneys Garden of Wonder at Floral Fantasy geschickt. Zu etwas anderem ließ sich niemand überreden. Insofern mussten wir doppelt bezahlen.

War einfach super, ein Hinweis das bei längerm Aufenthalt eine Jacke geholfen hätte wäre hilfreich. Da die Häuser sehr gekühlt sind und es draußen sehr warm war, war man immer geschwitzt.

Unfortunately I received the ticket with the code way too late. Would recommend to book some days before you plan the visit!
Overall nice to see, personally I liked the cloud forest much more.
