The tickets didn’t scan very well. A lot of the restaurants were closed. A lot of the shows were closed - in port. Ferrari land didn’t open until 4.30pm so we had to hang around all day.

The parks are great fun and we have been before but the queue line to enter had people standing for half an hour as no one was told there was a different queue for those who had purchased tickets in advance. Also the park tickets alone are a bit of a con because without paying for express tickets on top of the entry cost, the park is over crowded and much harder to get on several rides on the same day !

The park is huge and plenty of space so never seems overcrowded u til you get in q queue for a ride. Longest wait was 2hrs 30mins for main ride in ferrari land. Also food options are pretty ********** as it's the same stuff which isn't fully hot and not great

The rides good in general, was a big issue with kids que jumping in lines the
pass was good the convenience of having pdf on my phone but didn't realise was the actual ticket to get in thought still had to que at the start but once got to the ticket booth after 45 minutes was told that was my ticket

Everything there was perfect! Mostly. The ride selection was brilliant! The food was alright, extras around the park such as merch, food, drinks etc were reasonably priced for a theme park. Only complaint is that ride staff came across as more aggressive than the UK and also operations were slow.

There were a lot of school parties in the park meaning longer queue times and numerous groups of unsupervised children running around the park , queue jumping etc. I think the park should be notifying customers of this. That said the rides were excellent and we managed to fit most activities in over the two days

Please double check your tickets as we left it a day late to go to Ferrari land. It said 1,,2 or 3 day tickets but our was 2 days which meant that had to be 2 days together unlike the 4 days we thought we had according to our rep,but to be fair to him he hadnt checked our tickets.Kids left disappointed not getting to second park.

Beide Parks sind super. Wir waren Anfang Oktober mit unseren drei Kindern 7,9 und 16 Jahren dort. Die Wartezeiten waren kurz, so dass wir viele Fahrgeschäfte sogar öfter gefahren sind.
Die Reise von Lloret de Mare hat sich gelohnt ☺️

We made our own way there, taxi's are plentiful for the trip back. The rides are great, even the new one, Unchartered. Both parks for the price we paid was great, nothing to complain about to be fair, everything we as it should

Overall theming of the park was good however there were a lot of rides down for maintenance as well as around 50% of food and beverage options being closed and a majority of the staff were rude and really unhelpful. We had issues with the lockers there and no one was wiling to help until we made our issue clear to them.

The park was absolutely amazing, the highest standard, lots of great rides for everyone, clean and well maintained. Food and snack prices were expensive so we packed snacks for day 2, but the prices of raincoat €8,50 is absolutely rip off. Although I would recommend it to everyone who like great fun.

Loved the parks, staff at eateries were mostly un friendly. The rides were great but long ques. We did feel safe there. I asked some staff where the first aid room was and no help. Tickets are expensive but I would say good value for money but it is extremely expensive to eat and drink there.

The queues are long so investment in express passes is recommended however this is a big cost on top of general entry. Parks have great rides, well themed and safety is good. Water and food is very expensive.

Love this theme park and go whenever we are in Salou - in fact it’s the reason Salou is our favourite Spanish destination. At this time of year though the queues were excessive - up to two hours for some rides - and we were unable to get on the new ride - Uncharted - at all during our 3 day visit. We will be returning in late September/early October in future years as the queues are better and the park is decorated for Halloween (our favourite time to visit)

I wasn't aware I needed to buy flexi tickets to go to the park Monday and Wednesday so we had to pay fir another 5 tickets and they did not offer a discount it was full price so we lost a lot of money as I am a pensioner

The purchase of the tickets went well. They were available to rent and download on the app. Both worked well on the electronic entrance. The purchase of the disabled pass at the park was another story. A park issue Whilst frustrating on 2 days was resolved with nearly an hour of my time lost.

The Park was very busy (average queue times 60 - 120 mins) , they obviously let too many people into the park. I preferred it when it was slightly less busy (average queue times 40 - 50 mins) because when it was busy, kids were jumping the queues and the park staff didn't bother. It is a beautiful Park with plenty of rides for all ages. Tip - go before it opens and run to the ride which usually has the biggest queue. Also use the single rider queue too. After 4pm it is much quieter.
