Please note this is a non-stop panoramic tour and not hop-on hop-off
Occasionally severe weather and special event days could affect the service
Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please arrive at least 15-20 minutes in advance of the departure time
A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 12 years, inclusively. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge when accompanied by a dedicated adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult
Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck
If unexpected closures due to special events or extreme weather conditions arise, information will be published on the local provider's platform
You are not allowed to carry or consume alcohol. However, water and other soft drinks are allowed on the bus
Please note, the tour does not operate on 14th July and 31st December
A third of the Big Bus fleet has wheelchair access on the lower deck. Please contact the local provider for further information to have the list of the wheelchair accessible fleet on your day of travel

das Bild der Haltestelle auf der Bestätigung ist falsch und passt nicht zu der gennanten Abholadresse bzw. "Stopp 5". Sehr irreführend, habe es aber noch rechtzeitig geschafft und die Fahrt an sich war wunderbar und ein tolles Erlebnis.
