Il museo può modificare l'orario della visita, quindi l'orario del prelievo potrebbe variare di conseguenza. Riceverai la conferma definitiva via e-mail 1-2 giorni prima della visita. A causa dell'elevatissimo numero di visitatori e delle politiche interne, Auschwitz-Birkenau si riserva il diritto di annullare tour o guide in qualsiasi momento, anche pochi giorni o ore prima della visita. In tal caso, sarai informato e, se possibile, ti verrà offerta una data o un programma alternativo. Le partenze da Cracovia possono avvenire nei seguenti orari: 6:00 - 13:00.
Tutti i visitatori sono tenuti a superare i controlli di sicurezza prima di entrare nel museo
Le dimensioni consentite per un bagaglio a mano sono 30x20x10 (formato A4). Ti verrà chiesto di lasciare gli oggetti più grandi in auto (saranno chiusi a chiave e sorvegliati dall'autista).
Si prega di tenere presente che ci sono centinaia di turisti che visitano il museo ogni giorno e non è possibile mantenere il proprio ritmo di visita della città
Non consigliato per bambini di età pari o inferiore a 14 anni. Si prega di portare il proprio seggiolino o la propria fascia porta-bambini quando si viaggia con un bambino
Gli studenti (di età compresa tra 13 e 26 anni) devono essere in possesso di un documento d'identità valido
La dimensione standard del gruppo nel museo con una guida (se non specificato nelle opzioni) è di massimo 30 persone. Per l'opzione per piccoli gruppi, il numero massimo di persone è di 15.
Ricordati di portare:
Si prega di indossare scarpe comode e di portare con sé anche un ombrello o un impermeabile poiché la maggior parte del tour si svolgerà all'aperto.
Durante il tour è prevista una pausa di 15 minuti , ricordatevi di portare con voi un panino e dell'acqua.

Ophaal punt lichtelijk chaotisch Bus nummer klopte niet. Gids was fantastisch. Jammer dat we de gids niet konden bedanken maar ik begrijp dat deze door de organisatie ter plaatse wordt geregeld Heeft het geweldig gedaan.

we got the guided tour thinking we wanted to know the history. We were rushed around the site and for most of the tour we couldn't hear the guy as he kept speeding off and the headset kept losing connection. We struggled to keep up. Its a shame because we really did want to have time to process ever

De organisatie Hello Crakow was zeer stipt bij het oppikken , heel vriendelijk en een zeer duidelijke uitleg! ook de gidsen waren zeer vriendelijk, spraken duidelijk Engels en gaven een heldere uitleg waar nodig. Er is ter plaatse een restaurant waar je iets kan kopen om te eten en te drinken. Je kan kiezen uit zowel warme gerechten alsook uit broodjes. Dit is wel iets duurder in aankoop.

Wycieczka bardzo dobrze zorganizowana. Bez kolejek i stresu.Nie bylo zadnych opóznien. Kierowca z duzym doswiadczeniem, zapewnial bezpieczny transport. Autobus bardzo czysty i komfortowy.

Gids was goed. Het tijd stip van ophalen met de bus was bij de boeking afgesproken tijd 9.15 uur maar werd vreemd genoeg naar 12.40 verzet. Als je zelf een redelijk strakke planning hebt is dit op zijn zachts gezegd heel vervelend. Stel voor dat je een vlucht hebt om 20.00 uur hoe dan?

Although we booked a later trip we were brought forward to an early trip as explained in the pre-booking blurb. Details on pick up were clear to the point we had vehicle colour, registration and driver's name in advance of the pick up. All worked well.

Only thing stopping an excellent is ths speed you go through. I understand thousands of people go through every day, but it would have been nice to take a bit more in a bit more stock of the feeling of the place. The tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. Apart from the fast pace it was.

Der Fahrer war absolut perfekt! Guter Fahrstil und viel Information über die Stadt und Tour im Auto. Leider müssen wir sagen, dass die Tourleiterin in Ausschwitz eine Katastrophe war! Sie zeigte durch Ihr Körpersprache und Erklärung, wie unmotiviert sie war. Ihr Englisch hätte besser sein können, man hatte keine ********** Fragen zu stellen. Wir haben andere Guides vor uns und hinter uns gehört, die viel mehr zum jeweiligen Punkt erklärt haben und auch sehr deutlich sprachen. Sie wirkten motiv

We took two tours with Hello Cracow during our visit and couldn’t recommend them enough. Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly, the updates from the office team regarding pick up locations, timings and coach number/driver name etc was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

A sobering and moving experience. A privilege to have been able to pay respects to the many millions murdered at Auschwitz. Organisation was impeccable and the guide was outstandingly good - extremely knowledgeable and clearly sensitive to the impact the visit had on all who took part in the tour.

This was a. very thought provoking visit. Marek our driver and co ordination did a great job and collected us on time and gave very clear instructions relating to collection points and meet up times. It was great being a smaller group and opposed to another co was far better.

Zeer interessante rondleiding. Tijdsduur is te kort! Gids vertelde veel over waar we langskwamen, maar de groep was zo groot dat ze alweer andere dingen aan het vertellen was terwijl we het vorige nog niet eens hadden gezien. Hierdoor mis je regelmatig informatie. Iets meer tijd en rust zou heel fijn zijn geweest!

Der Service war ausgezeichnet, alles war perfekt geplant. Aber was mich am meisten beindruckt hat war die Führung durch Museum und Auschwitz-Birkenau durch den Guide. Er hat durch seine sehr persönlichen und eindrucksvollen Schilderungen eine tiefen Eindruck hinterlassen.
