Ces dolines à l'eau claire et fraîche sont parfaites pour une baignade rafraîchissante. Étant donné qu'il s'agit d'un lieu privé, il y a moins de foule et de vendeurs que dans d'autres cénotes. Vous aurez l'occasion de savourer des spécialités locales comme les "empanadas" et le vin d'ananas. Vous rejoindrez ensuite un village Taino reconstitué, celui d'aborigènes qui vivaient sur l'île avant l'arrivée de Christophe Colomb, où vous assisterez à un spectacle folklorique.Vous apprendrez également tout sur la production des cultures locales qui sont si importantes pour l'économie locale : huile de noix de coco, canne à sucre, café et chocolat, ainsi que l'unique thé au chocolat dominicain.
