De kleindochtervond ht heel leuk, vooral de testjes nadien. Ze kon nadien ook de inhoud en de geschiedenis goed weergeven.
Er was wel in sommige zalen teveel volk,waardoor ht wat beklemmend was .

Overall the experience was good. The line was a little long getting in to start the exhibit. It was a little crowded in the beginning but got better as we moved through. The chocolate samples were great- enjoyed that. Wish the gift shop had just regular dark chocolate to purchase- there was none

Het is een heel leerrijk en aangenaam museum. Ook voor kinderen. Alleen bij ingang is er een probleem met de lange rij van mensen die nog geen ticket hebben. Er zou een aparte rij moeten voorzien worden voor de online gekochte tickets met een tijdsslot.

Ik zou mensen de chocolademelk laten ervaren in een klein cafeetje en dan van de eerste tot de laatste versie laten proeven. Cacao drank bereiden op ouderwetse manier en schenken in replica’s van het originele servies.

Ik ben slechtziend. Vond de toegankelijkheid niet zo prettig . Grote groep werd eerst naar binnen geroepen. Dus zien en meekrijgen hoe bonbonden werden gemaakt is dan niet mogelijk. Maar het zit wel erbij ingegrepen???
Zou daarom twijfel om het andere snel aan te raden

het viel goed mee .voor mijn familie uit Amerika was het voor hen heel interessant maar op het moment van het bezoek was er veel volk( 14.30), zeker nu nog in de corona periode .
het was ook heel warm op sommige plaatsen. zeker in kleine ruimtes dit is zeker om door te vertellen op te bezoeken

Leider ist der Zugamg ins Museum ungeeignet und dies sollte auf der Webseite deutlich gemacht werden. Zwei hohe Treppen in den Flur und im Flur nochmal 2 Treppen sind zu überwinden um in den Eingangsbereich des Museums zu kommen. Für einen Rollstuhlfahrer sind das unüberwindbare Hindernisse.

Das Museum selbst war sehr informativ und interessant gestaltet. Die online Buchung ist einfach und unkompliziert. Ich hätte es noch besser gefunden, wenn man für den Eintritt ein Zeitfenster buchen könnte, damit sich die Besucher etwas besser verteilen.
