Wir hatten einen 45 Minuten Helikopter Flug gebucht und bezahlt. 24 Stunden vorher bekamen wir die Info, dass der Flug aufgrund von Turbulenzen über dem North Rim auf 30 Minuten gekürzt wird. Wir bekamen nur den Differenzbetrag zur kleinen Tour erstattet. Re s war ein tolles Erlebnis, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist bei der großen Tour viel besser!

My review would be excellent if I were rating only the pilot & flight. Unfortunately the ground crew & checkin staff were rude & rushing us so much I felt uncomfortable. For this price the experience should be enjoyed & not stressful. If you don’t enjoy tourists don’t work in the tourism industry.
