After you've purchased the package you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your voucher attached; you will need the voucher to use the City Sightseeing buses in Milan
Please note that you will have to reach the train station in Turin independently
Present your voucher at the City Sightseeing Milano Visitor Center or on board the buses to get your official City Sightseeing ticket
Train tickets will be booked for you; you will receive the train tickets within 48-hours of your booking. Remember to store or print them, you will need them to travel on the train
The departure time of your train from Turin will be between 8.00am - 9.00am. The ride is approximately 1-hour
The departure time of your train from Milan will be between 5.00pm - 7.00pm. Your arrival back in Turin will vary between 6.00pm - 8.00pm
You will find the train departure time and number of the train on your ticket. Please arrive at the train station at least 20-minutes before the departure time, once you arrive at the station remember to check the track number on the digital billboards
If you have any special needs regarding the train departure and/or return times, please contact the tour operator immediately after booking. You will find their information on your voucher
Note the tour operator will try to accommodate any special requests, but can not guarantee all requests will be satisfied
