Super planned and organized trip, great coach driver but the lady tour guide ANA is a star and should get a pay rise for such good work, 100% professional,funny,with great knowledge we highly recommend using the services .

The duration is not 8 hours. I was collected from my hotel at 6.50am and returned at about 7pm 3 hours to explore Lisbon shopping area- 4 hours would have been perfect to get a better taste for the city and enjoy a meal and drinks. Tour guide was very very warm, patient, informative, knowledgeable and friendly.

The experience of the tour time in Lisbon church etc value for money didn't like the wait of customers who don't turn up so we have less time we waited 50 min there should be phone numbers given out when you book any excursion we pay alot of money and everyone knows what time to come or return especially when a coach if full it ruins there one off trip

Knowledgeable guide who was excellent. We didn’t enjoy the length of travel 5 hours each way. That was because of where we were staying. Had I have known we wouldn’t have gone. It said in the description 8 hours But altogether was 15hours.

The city was nice tho with the 3 hour travelling there and back didn't have long enough in actual city was too long travelling. Instead of coach meeting us at hotel we had a mini bus transfer to meet it wasn't too bad going but coming back for some unknown reason dropped us off further away and mini bus we had let's say driver was reckless he went round corners fast no concern for passengers in back. As it was booked through tui we expected a tui coach and guide we didn't expect a private tour.

Ana was very wll informed and enthusiastic. Her English was excellent. Lisbon is a beautiful city and you need 3 days to explore it, this trip was enough to whet my appetite. It was a long day (nearly 15 hrs) but overall I enjoyed the experience.

Our trip to Lisbon was excellent. The journey was a little long and we could’ve done with more time there but we knew that before we even booked. Our guide, Anna was interesting and informative. We were extremely impressed by her multilingual talent.

It was a fantastic tour with a very good guide. Allowed a lot of free time to enjoy the stops and Lisbon itself. However we had to be outside our hotel at 6.25 and didn't get back til 7.00. Long day especially with having to pick lots of people up on the way bur was definitely worth it.

Apart from the 3hr coach journey each way we have a lovely day visiting Lisbon. The guide was brilliant (sorry can't remember her name) I was in awe of her giving details & info along the way first in English, then German & then French she did an amazing job.

It was okay. The guide seemed more interesting in the german guests.
Lisbon is beautiful so we enjoyed that. It was a bit confusing that we started the trip and we stopped and people where moving from one bus to another.
