Il explique : "Lindos se trouve près d'une fantastique plage de sable, entourée de collines qui cachent le village, protégeant ainsi l'endroit des attaques des pirates. Au sommet des petites maisons en forme de morceau de sucre se trouve l'ancienne Acropole et le temple d'Athéna". Vous pourrez apprécier ces mêmes vues lors d'une pause dans un café familial typique. Vous rejoindrez le haut de l'Acropole, au sommet de la montagne, pendant que votre guide vous fait revivre les mythes et légendes des anciens, avec la baie de Saint-Paul en contrebas.Pour terminer la journée, nous rejoindrons la vieille ville de Rhodes, un site classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, pour une visite guidée. L'excursion se fait en grande partie à pied, ce qui réduit l'empreinte carbone. Vous pourrez flâner dans les rues sinueuses et pavées, bordées de maisons et de boutiques historiques et descendre la rue des Chevaliers. L'attraction principale est le palais du Grand Maître, une énorme forteresse du 13e siècle construite à l'origine par les Chevaliers de Saint-Jean.

This tour was great, allowing us to explore both Rhodes and Lindos in a single day, something we would have struggled to do on our own. Tina was a very knowledgeable guide, proving commentary for most of our journey. The tour gave us the perfect amount of time to explore both Lindos and Rhodes on our own too (~2 hours in each). Would highly recommend.

Too much time spent on the bus! Driver had a bit of road rage. English speaking guide spoke with an accent and difficult to understand at times. Do not like ear pieces for commentary … it kept breaking up! No food or drink included so I would say trip overpriced

It was an excellent experience with information provided by a knowledgeable guide. The headsets made the information easy to get out to the group. The site was a little challenging due to the steps but the information at booking page makes you aware. A good experience

Our tour guide, Corina, was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and entertaining, and her English was excellent. The day was a real highlight of our trip to Rhodes. In terms of cost, we did think the price of the day was quite high.

Our tour guide Stefan was fantastic! Really knowledgable and had added humour which made us all laugh. Ear pieces were given for English or German; he could speak both, which was great! Definitely wear good shoes for the acropolis walk. Lots of steps but gorgeous views. Busy but joyous atmosphere in Rhodes old town with lovely shops. Only downside was hot bus with limited air con - so very warm after walking - and not very clear on hotel pickup which tour the bus is for. But overall fab trip!

The whisper devices are a good idea, but they don't work brilliantly in practice. The volume button doesn't seem to do anything and when you're stood in the street with traffic or loud passersby it's almost impossible to follow what the guide is saying.

Guide Emmanuella was great, clearly knowledgable but not in your face. Maybe could have benefitted from an additional 30mins in Lindos, but appreciate actually the timings are tight and in particular the early start avoided crowds and high temperatures.

Very informative guide with good knowledge. Water stop at Acropolis was very much needed. However no toilet stops between the Acropolis and Rhodes town, not sufficient at all. It would have been better if the toilet was working on the coach. Another water stop in Rhodes town would have been appreciated. We didn't like being put on a German coach for the return journey, as we booked an English tour.

The tour wasn’t explained enough beforehand. There were a lot of steps and it isn’t suitable for people with heart problems, poor mobility, and pregnant women. The tour guide was walking too far ahead so the transmission was lost in the earpiece we were given. The coach driver was terrible, at one point he slammed the brakes on and I bruised my knees on the seat in front. The tour left so early, we had 15mins for breakfast, no proper lunch included, and only offered a bottle of water. Not good.

The trip was really well organised. Tina, our guide was incredible & gave valuable insight into everything we were seeing. I cannot commend her enough she was so knowledgeable. Giving us information even while we were driving to destinations, not just while we were walking around. I had read previous reviews and made sure we wore trainers, which really is a must for the acropolis. The climb wasn’t too bad, we were both 3mths post surgery & managed it easily.

The guide was very informative. The only negative would be the bus return from Rhodes. The guide advised that we should return by 15:30 and that she would guide us to the correct coach. We returned at 15:20 without the guide being present. We found the coach ourselves which departed at 15:28 so before the advice given.

Great trip , but as we stayed in lalysos this translated to 2 hrs picking up others passengers before that start of actual trip. So not good at all and yet return coach trip was split into more coaches and less stops ? Guide Tina was great and informative though, which made up for it . It's a long day and thought it should have been a bit more cost effective because of the long coach journey. Overall good tour though , just wish we had more time at each location, rather than on coach.

Seen some mixed reviews online, but I thought this was 10/10. The guide was really lovely and on it with timing etc. the whole day flowed ready well too, especially getting to Lindos early in the morning before most of the crowds. The tour around Rhodes town by bus first was great, as we seen a few other tourist sites a bit further out. The walking tour in Rhodes town was perfect to see all the key spots. The timings in both places were spot on as you got taken around a bit then some free time.

We enjoyed seeing the sights of Lindos however could have done with a little bit more free time there! The guide left us half way up the acropolis and didn’t see her again until we got back on the bus! Have no idea what her name was as she didn’t introduce herself! We also enjoyed the tour around Rhodes in the bus and the walking tour! We found we couldn’t hear very well with the earphones we were given as they kept breaking up and the guide spoke very fast! Enjoyed the two hours free time!

Didn’t like wearing headset ; muffled couldn’t hear and too big for ear kept falling off no option for smaller headset ; tour guide ok but would have preferred more history Perhaps it would be better to split into two separate tours lindos or Rhodes town. Not enough time spent in either Overall ok but would have preferred telling more information on coach when sge did had to wear the earpiece even on coach which was riddiculous so overall ok but dump the headsets

Enjoyed this trip, bus picked us up at 6.30 and arrived at Lindos before 9. Not much tourist about at this time, our guide was very informative and polite. As time passed the temp was over 40 very hot. Such a lovely place, but by lunch time it was very busy, remember to stack up on bottled water.

Guide top qui nous a beaucoup appris sur la vie de Rhodes, ses habitants et ses coutumes mais la visite guidée des sites est tout de même légère compte tenu du prix. D’autre part aucun intérêt de payer 21 euros l entrée a l acropole à l avance avec Tui contre 12 euros sur site car dans tous les cas on attend ceux qui doivent payer sur place.

Well organised trip. Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the sites visited and also about other sites we travelled past on the coach. Guide was very professional and kept us a together during very busy periods. Locations were fantastic, great if you are a history buff also good opportunity for souvenir hunting if history isn't your thing. Great trip alround.

Negatives: We had no option in advance to pre book the Lindos Acropolis tickets so had to purchase on the day. Guide was a bit repetitive and didn't go in to much detail about the history of the Acropolis. Would have loved to actually stop at the Rhodes Acropolis and old stadium but had to look out bus window. Positives: Timing seemed perfect with almost exclusive access to Acropolis in the morning. Security of bus and being able to leave belongings was great. Complimentary refreshments.

Overall trip was great. When coach arrived we had to see if the coach was for the trip, no one helped. There were a few coaches that turned up at the same time, so not great. The guide was lovely, paced the walking for everyone. Very kind and knowledgeable. Could have done with a little more time in Lindos and less in Old Rhodes

Enjoyed the fact that you could walk around at your own pace as well as having times with the guide. The headsets were a little temperamental though and due to the thickness of the walls around the two towns if you weren’t within around 10 feet of the guide it was almost impossible to hear her. The guide herself was excellent and very informative and entertaining.

It needs to be made clear before booking Acropolis that it is 250 steps up narrow gravel path/steps close to edge, no railings to hold onto and only one way up and down

We had a nice day overall, after we arrived at Lindos and met our guide it all felt a bit rushed to get up to the acropolis. I also feel that the fact that entry isn’t included and is an additional cost should have been explained in the trip information as we would have purchased in advance if we knew. It also felt rushed in Rhodes old town as part of the guided tour. Once this was over and we had our free time we enjoyed walking around the shops at our own lesuire and had a lovely afternoon

The guide, Dimitrius, was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The coach was cool and comfortable and the driver was great. There was the right amount of time at each place, although I would have liked to have stopped at the temple in Rhodes town as we only stopped briefly in the coach. Although I was glad of the time we had in the old town. My only slight criticism was that the pick up location for my hotel was a little vague. But otherwise, a fantastic day.

Whilst Tina was an excellent guide and the value for money was good the tour around Rhodes did feel short, also the air conditioning on the coach ride home wasn't working/switched on which made an extremely uncomfortable journey when it was 38 degrees Celsius

enjoyed lindos. did not enjoy the hour coach ride to rhodes old town in 34 degree heat with no air conditioning. the two places are too far away from eachother for this to be a enjoyable excursion

Guide was really nice, clear and concise and very informative. On the downside I felt there was too many on the tour. Also we had this tour booked for the Wednesday morning and after waiting for over an hour the bus didn’t turn up. We went and seen our rep who booked us on the next available tour but we never got an explanation to why which was disappointing.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. He made our day enjoyable. Both Lindos Acropolis and Rhodes Medieval City were special in their own ways. Lindos is spectacular in its vistas and is the definition of picturesque. The Medieval City is fascinating with its period architecture and the vibrant sounds, sights and shops. A great place to eat and drink whilst people watching. Yamas!

However, the organisation around visiting the acropolis is a bit chaotic. Tui is not responsible for that, but we only told when in a huge que to get in that we could fast track by buying the tickets in advance. That could have been told to everyone whilst we were travelling on the coach and saved a long que !

Dimitri our tour guide was very funny and made the experience what it was. Learnt a lot about the island and its history during the tour. Went earlier enough to avoid the busiest times.

This was a long day, but enjoyable. Was easy to book, and we were picked up from a hotel 5 mins walk up the road, and then dropped off at our own hotel door. The guide we had, Stefan, was very knowledgeable, easy to listen to and humorous. I thought the balance between guided tour and free time was just right, and would highly recommend this tour.

Didn't like not enough info about the pick up location i.e. what side of the road & we had no bus number. We loved Stefan our tour guide, he was fun, extremely knowledgeable & he was so passionate about making sure we all had a great & fulling day.

The guide was very knowledgeable. Got to see 2 beautiful towns. The tour guide shared interesting facts about the region during the bus journey too. The pick-up spot wasn't in front of our hotel, and it wasn't clear exactly where it was. There was a long wait for tickets for the acropolis (45min); even though we booked ours online, still had to wait for the rest of the group. These should be included in the tour so everyone can go through quickly.

Guide was excellent especially given the tour conducted was bilingual - however always a sense he was having to do a lit of chopping and changing so was not as optimum as it could have been.

A good day out. Our guide Alexis spoke excellent English and gave a lot of historical information. Plenty of time to look around the sites and shopping opportunities. Enjoyable day out.

Loved the Lindos trip. Very knowledgeable guide up the Acropolis. Would have liked another hour in Lindos after the Acropolis visit. Rhodes old town very interesting too. A lovely combination tour.

The guide was fantastic and so knowledgable, really worth whole trip while in Rhodes, those a long day so be prepared for the sun. Unfortunately our transport did arrive 45 mins late, which meant we were waiting outside our hotel for over an hour with no updates through the app. Maybe vehicle tracking is something you could look to add to reassure guests they haven’t been forgotten?
