Ce qui vous attend
This trip ticks off two of Luxor’s most impressive temples, plus the famous Sphinx Avenue that connects them. You’ll start with a visit to Karnak’s sprawling complex of sanctuaries, kiosks, pylons and obelisks, which are dedicated to the Theban gods. Then you’ll head along Sphinx Avenue. More than a thousand statues of sphinxes and rams have been discovered along here, and you’ll get to see some of them up close before reaching your final stop, the Luxor Temple. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is pulled right up to the banks of the Nile and it’s where many of the great pharaohs were coronated. You’ll have a certified Egyptologist with you for the whole trip, so there’ll be plenty of chances to ask questions and find out more about what you’re seeing.
