Sophia, l'une de nos guides locales expertes, explique que "l'Asclépiéion de Kos était dédié à Asclépios, le dieu grec de la guérison et de la médecine, et il était connu comme un sanctuaire de guérison dans l'Antiquité. L'environnement paisible et les vastes jardins apaisaient les patients".Commencez par une visite guidée de la ville de Kos et de son port impressionnant, où s'alignent des bateaux au fil de l'eau. Ensuite, remontez le temps en visitant l'ancien Asclepeion, qui reste l'un des sites archéologiques les plus importants de Grèce. Vous aurez du temps libre pour explorer et imaginer Hippocrate, né sur l'île de Kos, en train de suivre sa formation médicale à l'Asclépiéion. What a fantastic day! Prompt pick up from hotel & taken to Kos. Guide Manolis met us at Port. He was a great guide, knew so much & was funny with it. Made the day that much enjoyable. Walked around Kos town, visited the Asclepion & learnt lots about Hippocrates. Drove to Zia & had lunch at a restaurant with lovely views- food options to pick from. Went to vineyard for wine tasting & also visited a local honey producer before returning to hotel. No negatives at all

Our guide was exceptional his English perfect and sense of humour fantastic. The only down side was within an hour of arriving back at the hotel I felt unwell, with my stomach rolling. I then went on to have chronic diarrhoea. The only food and drink we had during the day was the included lunch in Zia.

Wonderful resort with a great choice of swimming pools, the beach and bars and restaurants. The food could have been a bit more varied. It was a shame not to see the reps as everything is booked online now, I miss the personal touch!

We had a brilliant day out. The guide was excellent being very well informed and funny with it. It would have been nice to have had a little more time in Zia as by the time we'd had lunch there was no time to have a look round. However, we have no hesitation in recommending this trip.

Kos Town was lovely. Zia is pretty but very commercialised. Would prefer to see more of Kos rather than tourist shops. Wine tasting and honey tasting stops were not very interesting and just geared to selling produce. Countryside snd it's history getting to these places were far more interesting.

Great Kos tour. Our guide Manilos was both informative and great fun. Our visits to the various places were really enjoyable as we learnt much about the history and culture of the island. The lunch provided was freshly cooked and very tasty. Lots of choice too! Loved Zia - a most pretty place. Great trips to the vineyard and honey farm too. All in all a great day out and I would recommend it to anyone on a tui holiday.

Very informative and an excellent gui de and driver. The guide was mindful of the slower members of the group and tailored the walking elements to thier speed. The included lunch was first class and the time.of the lunch break was just right for a slow walk down to the pick up point. The vineyard and honey factory visit were again educational and fun. To sum well worth every penny and thanks for an enjoyable day

A wonderful trip around the island giving us an insight into Kos. All stops were excellent especially the ruins, lunch was fantastic. The last stop with the bees was disappointing but overall didn’t spoil the overall experience. Guide was excellent

The exclusive trip in Corfu meant a small number on the trip so was expecting that rather than a full bus but didn’t spoil the trip. Would rather have done without the wine and honey visits and gone to another place of interest but understand these trips always go to these places. At least the artwork at the winery were interesting

The tour guide we had was amazing and going round Kos Town and the ruins were good. The lunch was not good at all. We were supposed to go to Keflos and we didn’t no explanation given. Would have been better to do half day experience. Not worth the money.

Would be good to have a bit more time at all locations - especially the lunch at Zia so you could explore the shops more after eating. The tour is just a taster of the various places (hence it can feel a little rushed at times) but it’s still definitely worth doing to get a better feel for the island as a whole. Guide and staff were great and very knowledgeable. Better AC on the coach would be appreciated when it’s so hot though!

Lovely guided tour round Kos - delightful town and history of town explained well by guide. Good wine tasting experience and visit to honey producing factory. Extremely poor meal.. main course arrived at same time as starter. Fish main course was over cooked and chips were cold. Hurried meal by rude staff.

Hotel and staff very good only fly in oitment was the coach transfer to the hotel on app. 45 mins but took 85 mins as all passengers sat on coach for over 20 mins before we set off and no one bothered to tell anyone what the delay was

Overall it was a long day and not enough time spent at the different places we were taken to. It seemed that you were rushed. Would have enjoyed longer in Zia which was a mountain top village by the time you had your lunch you were left with about 15 minutes to look around which certainly wasn’t enough time. I think TUI need to look into the timings of this excursion overall approximately half hour in each place is not long enough.

Brilliant day! Guide was informative, funny and I particularly liked the stories you wouldn't find in a guide book. Lunch in Zia was excellent - such a beautiful village. I went on the excursion with my son and his girlfriend and we all enjoyed it immensely. A perfect day with something for everyone. Highly recommended.

Our guide Marianne was excellent and made the trip so enjoyable. The lunch in Zia was fabulous with the most amazing views and the wine tasting at Altima Akrani was really great, again lovely scenery, although would have preferred to have spent more time here or in Los town than driving a long way south for the very quick honey farm visit which I didn’t enjoy so much.

Enjoyable tour with immediate too long stop in Koz town. Informative guide and picturesque and enjoyable lunch stop with views. Visit to Vinyard was short and uninformative but wine tasting was excellent. Similarly, the honey manufacturing plant tour was a little more informative and the tasting worthwhile. There were obviously many areas of interest that could not be visited due to time constraints such as those of archaeological interest or beach views etc. All in all a sampling tour.

Too much travelling and not enough time in the locations. Such 30-40 in kos Town, which is not enough time. Wine tasting 30mins. Lunch was lovely but only 1 hour in Zia. Keflos and honey factory was a waste of time with a lot of travelling. Coach was diabolical. No air con. Coach 340

We had a lovely day and Marianna was a fantastic guide, both amusing and knowledgeable. Our only criticism is that parts of the day felt rushed. The wine tasting in particular was very rushed and the honey tasting was only about 5 minutes. However we thoroughly enjoyed the day and it was a great intro to the island. We have since returned to Kos Town to better explore some of Marianna's recommendations. Lunch stop was also v good value.

The guide - Mykonos was outstanding, he really made the experience engaging and enjoyable. He provided facts and told stories throughout, linking the sites to Greek mythology. The experience as a whole was worth it as we travelled across Kos which gave us a feel for the island. The ‘whispers’ were brilliant and added to the experience as we were able to hear the guide throughout. Definitely worth doing! My favourite experience this holiday! The transfer was late approx 30mins.

Enjoyed the tour around Kos Town, Asclepion and lunch in Zia. The wine tasting was OK, but felt the drive to Kefalos was unnecessary for simply a 2 minute stop for a photo. Time in the honey shop very limited and rushed. Surely there is a honey shop nearer to Kos Town / Zia end of the island and the trip could have been made shorter and slightly cheaper?

Pick up was early and the bus drives around other hotels, we were on the bus for about 1hr 30 mins. That said it was an amazing tour with an absolutely amazing guide ‘Manolis’ who was very very impressive, funny and engaging. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. Who’d have thought I would be able to touch artefacts that were over 2,500 years old!

This was an enjoyable day out and we got to see lots of different parts of the island. Our guide was very informative and we learnt a lot about the history of Kos. The vineyard/winery was probably our favourite part, it was very relaxed, trying lots of different wines in the sunshine with views of the vines. A couple of other guests were late at different points during the day which made it seem a bit rushed towards the end and the panoramic photo stop was just stopping at the side of a road.

Didn't feel an exclusive tour with more than 35 people!! Felt rushed at the honey factory no time to purchase in shop. Pick up at hotel was 35 mins late. Food at taverna was good. The quide was knowledgeable.

Great value for money. Guide both knowledgeable and entertaining. Excellent visits to Kos Town then to local winery and honey farm. We learnt alot..was able to sample products before buying to take home. Lunch was excellent too. All in all a great day out which will help us to remember our holiday in Kos.

After being on the pick up coach for nearly two hours, the tour finally started. Time spent waiting for other pick up coaches to arrive. Considering this was advertised as a small group tour, there were 30 of us. However, excellent guide made up for it.

Date of trip changed at short notice. 2 course meal included however a sweet would have been nice AND the description of the tour said one drink included but we had to pay 10 euros for our drink. I also tried several times to book via the app not just this trip but others too advertising 10% discount but would not accept the code so overall have lost a fair amount of money.

The use of a local guide was great as he had all the information you needed. The food was excellent at the restaurant although we thought combining rice and chips was a bit strange. Also it would have been nice to have been sitting in the sun as it was quite cold in the shade. As a whole the experience was very good

The trip was good with an excellent guide, lunch stop & good overview of the island but I'd question Tui's use of the word exclusive and small group. 20+ people on a coach & was told by the rep it could be up to 30. Not sure what was meant by exclusive either but overall I would recommend it.

The excursion was well organised and covered a lot of the most popular places of Kos.
The tour guide gave us all relevant information in an interesting way. I enjoyed the use of technology in the form of listening devices and ipads at the Asklepeion, they really enhanced the experience.

To get the worst part of the day out of the way first. If you are one of the first to get picked up you then spend about an hour going between other hotels picking up other holidaymakers. I would say that the coach journey drop off was much better than in the morning with too many stops to pick up and waiting for people who were in the wrong place ( why were they not told? Overall it was excellent
