Loved the town of ronda would have preferred more free time in Ronda town didn't like the ranch tour wasted too much time

Great
Ranch visit was very enjoyable, particularly being able to get close enough to the horses and bulls to get good photos. Guide was very entertaining and bus drive did a good job too. Rondo was a nice place to visit with a good mix of guided and free time.

Fantastic trip steeped in history. The tour guide was amazing- so much information and he switched between 3 languages like a pro. Ronda was pretty as a picture and certainly worth the trip. You need to be fairly fit and confident on the pebble pathways. Only downside was the 2 free glasses of wine were actually shot glasses lol but the olives were to die for. Throughly recommended

The departure information for myself was confusing. I asked for hotel pickup at Aluasol hotel. My ticket said departure was from hotel AND bus center Torremolinos. Confusing. I asked twice at hotel desk where to be. Twice they said outside hotel door. There was no map with my voucher. This was not the case. Luckily, the driver and guide drove to front of hotel when I was not where they expected me. However, this caused stress and a delay.

Safety low as we since found out its illegal not to wear seat belts on the bus and this was not told to us by the driver or guide. And the guide as he was speaking 4 languages, he spoke a sentence at a time so was very difficult to keep a track of the details.

Excellent service from our guide Igor and driver Gregorio. A very scenic drive up to Ronda. Ronda is an interesting city to explore and the visit to the ranch was an added bonus.

Very informative, customer friendly, and humorous TUI tour guide (Hans). I enjoyed the bull / horse ranch visit..the owner and staff at the bull / horse were welcoming and even provided us with an impromptu dressage horse training session! The TUI tour guide (Hans) gave us an informative tour of Ronda, and a free drink of wine at san Bosco bar terrace, which has a panoramic view, at the end of the tour. thank you!

Ronda I itself is magnificent city and the guide tour was excellent , friendly and sense humour above all very knowledgable of the history of Ronda also we visited the Bull ring and told us about the history of bull fighting, highly recommend

We booked looking forward to the Reservatauro Ranch Visit, but we were disappointed when we were taken to the village of Setenil de las bodegas, instead without any prior notice. We wanted specifically to see the Andalusian Horses and bulls which was our main reason for booking this trip as we had visited Ronda previously on one of your tours. Obviously it was a disappointment paying for a trip we didn’t get.
