Due to the extremely high visitors’ volume and internal policies, Auschwitz-Birkenau reserves the right to cancel tours or guides at any time, even a few days or hours before the visit. If this happens, you will be informed and if possible, offered an alternative date or program
All visitors are required to pass through security checks before entering the museum grounds
The journey to the Museum and Memorial in Auschwitz-Birkenau takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes
The tour of the camp in Auschwitz ll will take around 3.5 hours
The pace and duration of the tours are determined by the memorial's visitor service

Every guest must carry an ID or passport matching the name and surname provided at checkout, which will also be reflected on your museum entrance ticket

Die Tour war sehr gut organisiert. Einen Tag vorher erhielten wir vom ortsansässigen Unternehmen eine E-Mail mit den Details. Unsere Abfahrtszeit wurde von 10:00 auf 5:55 verschoben. Ok ein wenig zeitig, aber im Nachhinein richtig. Pünktlich stand der Transferbus an der Pension und brachte uns zum großen Reisebus hin. Dort wartete bereits unsere Reisebegleiterin. Vorort wurden wir von der deutschsprachigen Tourleiterin empfangen. 3Stunden wurden wir von ihr fachkundig begleitet. Alles war sehr g
