The park itself is one of the best I've been to! But I do feel like the tickets were a bit expensive. The driver at the end of the day was amazing! Had to wait an extra 20 minutes for people who didn't show up for the bus! They were told to meet before the time the bus was due! We had to eventually leave but he didn't have to wait that long so I applaud him and he was so funny and friendly :)

Alykes to the waterpark took 1 hour 45 minutes, we stopped at 20+ places en route, driver was skilled at negotiating the hills, bends and bumpy roads but it was a pretty diabolical journey. Fortunately we were the 2nd on return & only took 15 minutes?! The waterpark itself was clean and the food was great & reasonable prices. Not many changing rooms/loos & we left at 4pm. Arrived 11am we were dumped in the car park to join a huge queue to enter (25 mins) no shade beware! 12 slides 1 lazy river

Water park itself was great but the communication from TUI not great. Didn’t know about pick up time until we were dropped off, weren’t given coach numbers so pick up was chaos and the drivers were fed up and unhelpful! Also weren’t communicated basic things about the park like, how much lockers were and that food and drink weren’t to be taken in! Just could have run a lot smoother with more info from TUI beforehand!

It’s a nice day out not enough to do all day and a small selection of slides once there done that’s pretty much it No snacks served ( crisps) etc they only sell food so would suggest taking your own but overall would recommend

Slide options are great, lots of choice for different ages/heights. What let this down was the following: 1. Only once we got the transfer were we told pick up was 4pm, which was much earlier than expected & well before the park shuts; 2. It took an hour to queue & receive food, which was utterly ridiculous. If you can have a really big breakfast & then just grab an ice cream from the fast queue whilst you are there you will be fine. Overall, better to get entry tickets & sort own transport

The park itself is great, TUI let it down, the park is open for 8 hours but with TUI we got less than 5 due to pick up times, when I questioned the TUI rep at the hotel, “that’s just how it is” was his response

Nice small water park, liked the fact you don't need to queue long for rides. Water in pools were a little groggy, and the maintenance could do with a update... I.E cracks in the concrete around pool, paint coming off. And dirty in the grates of pool, needs a good jet wash more regularly

Really good day, enjoyed the park, not a huge amount of slides, got very busy quick. We also had to que for some time to get in even though we paid in full, do think Tui customers shouldn't have to que, only one member of staff on the entrance. Food was good ??

Overall a fun day out. My teenagers really enjoyed it and the organisation from tui was very good. The park itself feels a bit tired and in need of some updating. Remember to grab some sunbeds as soon as you get there otherwise you won't get any.

It was a very well-organised trip. We got to the pick-up 5 mins early and the bus was already waiting! Very good water park for thill-seekers and young kids alike. I liked the gentler ones but my teen kids were happy with the steeper ones. The queues weren't too bad and the slides were in good condition. The lockers were €4 plus a €1 deposit. The only minor negative was the wait time at the cafe. The park was pretty full (it was Tui day!), and it took about an hour inc queuing.

Very nice mid-sized water village. Good fun, safe and with plenty of shaded areas, lounges etc. Some vegetation too. Staff on the whole very nice, efficient and safety conscious although the reception staff didn’t inform people of what to do to get locker keys etc at the start which would have been helpful.

There is no wave pool, there is only one place to buy food from, and it is not great, pizzas were ok but burgers were horrible and the staff not friendly at all. The ice cream side staff were lovely and ice cream lush! The coach back was very unorganised and we were left to ourselves to figure out where we were going!

Brilliant rides had me screaming, one of the biggest water parks in Greece apparently. From hotel to the park was about half hour coach ride, git there fir 10 and were picked up again at 4 do plenty of time at the park. Facilities were good, lockers available and lots of lifeguards managing the rides, felt very safe. The tallest rides opened at 12pm but everything else open straight away. Food and drink to purchase there including a bar so a few beers went down well. Kids loved it. Recommended

Some staff where a little rude especially in the ticket sales place where you get the locker keys not enough changing rooms but there was a very good selection of slides and excellent child facilities although could do with a few more rings for the lazy river

Typical greek small water park. Nice for a change of scenery and some fun. Recommend you eat an early lunch as one small restaurant which gets very busy as the day goes on. All staff were kind and friendly and the restaurant staff worked so hard all day bless them in the heat. Check the heights before you book and they do apply although great kids section for little ones!

Waterpark was great and kids enjoyed it. Didn’t like having to stop multiple times to collect at other hotels which meant the 20min journey took over an hour and my daughter got travel sick. We ended up getting a taxi home. This also meant we could stay longer. Left the park at 6pm

Was a brilliant day out. Lots of slides and pools to keep the kids busy, we could have spent even longer there. Lots of sunloungers dotted around, with some in the shade. Great range of food and drink available and transfer from the hotel by his made the day alot easier.

I enjoyed the slides but there wasn't loads as it wasn't a big water park. Lots to do for kids which is amazing, lots of sunbeds with umbrellas too. For me personally I wouldn't return as it wasn't a massive water park and there wasn't loads of slides for adults and we did them all in a small amount of time. Think there needs to be more lilos as well as we strugggled to find a few .

A great day out, for adults and children. Comfortable transfer from hotel to the park, I thought facilities at the water park were excellent. Secure locker, some great slides. I found the food and drinks were a little on the pricey side, however it was good quality and service fast and efficient. Plenty of time at the water park, As I said, a great day out for young and old!!

The water park was really quiet considering it was a Friday afternoon. All slides were open and all pools were open really nice experience with a mixture of slides to go on. However, there was no communication of what time we were leaving that I could find or what bus we was getting back as there was 2 different ones that said “TUI”. Luckily we asked another couple and said it was 4pm we left. Possibly this could be communicated on the app or in a email to confirm?

We enjoyed the slides but it wasn’t as good as the water park at our hotel, so we left halfway through the day. Slides were great though, can’t fault the park, it was just we preferred it at our hotel base!

I liked the fact that were a few slides to go on for the kids and they enjoyed them, they also enjoyed the go karts, there is plenty of things for the kids to do The only thing that I didn't like and the kids didn't enjoy was the food and the jacuzzi was very cold, and the fact we had to wait 30 minutes for the coach driver to tell us why we leaving late

We had an amazing day at the water park. The water slides were all so fun and there was something for everyone. Food at the little restaurant was very tasty and the lockers made life easier. We loved that photographs were taken through out with a choice to buy these. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The only thing I'd say would be better is there is no set leaving time on the ticket. It was easy enough to ask but the ticket said flexible. We had the best day and would recommend

This holiday was fantastic. It was stress free from the minute we arrived at the airport, everything went smoothly. The resort was gorgeous, being beach side and having amazing pools and water slides. All of the staff were amazing!Especially Delma! There was plenty to do on the island, although the resort had everything we needed, so we didn’t leave the resort much. I would definitely book this holiday again, it was very much worth the money and I would recommend to anyone for a relaxing holiday

First of all, I did not know if the bus was going to turn up at all, considering that the trip that I had booked with Tui the day before got cancelled unexpectedly without any notice. We got on the bus, which sat stationary for 30 mins before setting off. Didn't get much time at the water park. My Grandson enjoyed it though.

The water slides were fun, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Fun for all ages. Some of the rubber rings were old and you could see where they had been patched up/ repaired. Also the food was just like fast food which wasn’t the best.

We had such a fun exhilarating day. Arrived early enough to get a nice place to sit with beds and parasols. The rides were fun and ranged from gentle to very fast and although there were queues they went down quickly. The staff were brilliant. We had no information provided about time of departure or bus number which should be printed on the ticket, only one rep between 7 buses who came across quite rude.

Waterpark itself was great, just as described. Bus was late picking us up, driver didn’t speak very good english so wasn’t sure where he was taking us. A lot of confusion at the end with passengers not being told the correct buses to go back on, a big issue with too many people on the bus.

The pick up was a complete shambles. The bus driver didn’t know which resort he was going to so confused everyone and the buses were late, we could have all had extra time in the park which was annoying. Maybe a rep to be there at the end would be a good idea

The TUI rep that met us wasn’t particularly friendly and when we arrived didn’t really help. The staff in the park are friendly enough. The park is fun with a good range of slides but it isn’t huge so a day is enough. The bus was wrong so at the end of the day we were all waiting for a bus number that wasn’t there. Eventually I found the right one but I was hot and bothered by then

The water park itself was enjoyable and the staff on site there were fine, our main issue was the return coach, it was chaos, no driver seemed to be there to take us back to Laganas, and we (along with c20 others) had to hang around a boiling car park for 20mins until one of the drivers finally realised he was meant to be taking us. Tried calling TUI but got cut off and used the app to send a message but was hours before a response so not much help either

Had a fabulous time great fun for all the family the only let down was getting back on the bus. Hundreds of people all waiting for buses no one knew which bus they were supposed to be on and drivers didn’t seem to know either. Maybe a rep needed at pick up time to organise or just a destination sign on the buses instead of a number would be a big help

The waterpark it’s self was a lovely day out and the kids had a fantastic time. Information from TUI was extremely poor. We were dumped outside the park with no idea of pick up time (the driver didn’t know), joined a long queue outside.. Thankfully the park staff there was able to tell us. On return we didn’t know which coach was ours (the driver was unsure & had not had the info yet!), the bus was cramped and poorly very poorly air conditioned. More communication could have saved stress.

I think it was a bit of stretch to go to the water park for a full day. We spent approx 3 hrs there and that was plenty/dragged out. So we couldn’t use our return transport purchased and got a taxi. Nothing wrong with the water park just not enough to keep entertained for a full day (drop of 10:30ish pick up 4.00)

Water Village overall was good.
The issue we had was with the transfer.
Considering the water park was only 20 mins away, we were literally sat on the transfer bus for 1.5hrs due to the amount of pick ups we had to do.
We were the first on the bus so therefore had to endure that amount of time.

Water Village is fantastic- a must do in Zante. But book the ticket only option. Our transfer was 25 mins late and took about 45 mins leaving us 5 hours at the park - then an hour back. I think it would have been similar cost and faster transfer to get taxis allowing more time and flexibility.

Good mixture of slides and very spacous. However, there could’ve been more rubber rings as sometimes we was waiting for a while. The facilities and catering was excellent. Wasn’t too far a drive from the hotel however the coach was quite late and it was a little unclear on where to meet the coach.
