Tasas adicionales a pagar in situ:
Servicio de recogida y traslado para la zona de Caniço (10€ por persona/cada trayecto/red) y la zona de Santa Cruz (15€ por persona/cada trayecto/red). El servicio gratuito de recogida y traslado sólo está incluido en los hoteles de la ciudad de Funchal.

Der Guide kam zu spät, hatte dann fast einen Autounfall, machte schlechte Witze die Sicherheit betreffend um die Teilnehmer zu verunsichern und sprach bei der ganzen Wanderung mit niemandem. Er hätte ruhig etwas freundlicher sein können und etwas über die Gegend erklären(etwas das auch stimmt!) Er hetzte uns durch den eigentlichen so schönen Wanderweg ohne Gelegenheit in Ruhe stehen zu bleiben. So kamen wir viel früher zurück ohne die Gegend zu genießen. Schade!

My daughter and I really enjoyed the guided hike. The countryside was beautiful, levada was interesting, but our tour guide Miguel made the hike excellent. He was very knowledgeable and also entertaining. He went above and beyond to make the day for us all very enjoyable. Thank you Miguel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

Overall guide was knowledgeable and interactive. Was a good trip and worth seeing. The tunnel near end of trip take a torch or use your phone torch and be prepares for wet feet. That said all part of the experience.

Enjoyed: Walk itself was great. We stopped regularly for relevant information from the guide. We felt looked after. The guide was very attentive to the needs of the group - and of other groups. Not so good: The walk itself was extremely busy with many walking groups. There were too many people at several pinch-points which detracted from the amazing surroundings. The minibus had two seats with broken seat belts. Not ideal for the guests in them.

Sehr schöne Wandertour. Streckenweise aber total überfüllt mit Touristengruppen. Leider hatten wir keinen deutschen Tour Guide, wie gebucht. Schade.

This is a well managed walk! The scenery is fantastic & length of walk about right. I'm a regular walker so this was something to be enjoyed. However I think the guidance should encourage those signing up to be aware that it can be very wet underfoot & even with decent boots with water pouring over some of the paths unless very waterproof be prepared for wet feet. When we reached the start the quide pulled on a woolly hat & gloves, ( I wasn't prepared for that!)

+ great scenery + relaxed pace + lovely guide - incorrect pickup info / location. Our pickup was definitely not at the bus stop we were notified to wait at. - advertised as full day but a lot of time was wasted in cafe on way up the mountain and at a cafe on the way back.

Sehr informativ vom guide, bis auf wenige Stellen gut zu laufen. Wie oft natürlich viele Treppen. Man sollte sich darauf vorbereiten das Wetterschwankungen vorkommen konnen

Deutsch gebucht, dann Info über nicht Erreichen der Mindestteilnehmerzahl So wurde eine englische Führung angeboten. Der Guide führte dann doch auf deutsch- englisch Im Verlauf stark zunehmendes Tempo obwohl ein ruhiges angekündigt wurde. Die Tour dauerte nicht die angekündigten 8 Stunden, war nach gut 6,5 Stunden beendet. Guide kümmerte sich nur zeitweise um die gesamte Gruppe. Guide Oscar gab gute Informationen über Flora/ Fauna.,

Ali was our guide. Very knowledgeable and took the time to speak to all of us when walking. Answered all of our questions. Only downside was the number of people on the walk other than our group. However we knew this was likely to be the case before we went but wanted to go anyway. Useful coffee and toilet stop each way en route to the walk.

Was uns nicht gefallen hat, sind die vielen Hotelanfahren zur Abholung der Gäste. Unser Abholzeit war laut TUI 9 Uhr. Abholung war aber schon um 8 Uhr. Um 8:15 Uhr wurden wir dann angerufen. Bei den meisten Hotels mussten wir so lange warten. War also eine lange Einsammlung.
