They'll show you how to cook banitsa pastry, a Bulgarian favourite, followed by a tasty buffet lunch made using local produce and some of the farm's own cheeses.For the icing on the cake, stop by the Stratsin winery where you'll be shown around and guided through an eco-wine tasting. It produces red, white and rosé wines, some of which have won awards. Try a sample of each along with some nibbles that are matched to the wines.
