2. Wild Wadi Water Park – (Best Water Parks in Dubai):
Slide down two waterslides and three exciting tornadoes. Guests on a four-person ring zoom into the first tornado where they slide back and forth, then circle round and round the eye of the storm, then hitting the second and third tornados, and finally splashing gloriously into the pool.
Guests must be taller than 1.1 meters to be allowed on this slide.
This slide can be enjoyed by a maximum of four people and a minimum of two. The total combined weight may not exceed 295 kilograms (650 pounds)
With two tandem slides, guests first climb the 32 metre tower to enjoy a spectacular view of the entire waterpark. Once on top of the tower, two capsules await two guests to ride at the same time.
Just like the old Jumeirah Sceirah, guests must cross their arms and legs as the doors of the capsules close, unaware of what awaits them. The feeling of anxiety and anticipation rushes through them as the countdown begins.
Before they know it, the floor beneath them opens and both guests slides down the 120 metre slide at an astonishing speed of 80 km/h! In a few seconds, guests reach the bottom of the slide with a rush of excitement!
During busy periods, the Jumeirah Sceirah queue will close 45 minutes before the park’s closing time.
The adventurous Burj Surj consists of two large sections of downhill waterslides and the looming ‘Bowl’. Guests are seated on a rubber ring, travelling downhill to the bowl, where they are hurtled into two spiraling spins and then dropped into the slide, ending with a screaming splash in the pool.
Guests must be taller than 1.1 metres to be allowed on this slide.
Brace yourselves for unannounced surges of 100,000 litres of water, creating waves over 1 metre high and sudden river rapids! Don’t worry though – as Action River can be enjoyed by visitors of all ages; however children should have parent supervision at all times.
Not confident enough a swimmer to face the rapids? Rest assured – However, we have complimentary lifejackets on-hand just for you.
