This tour will take you to Sharjah, the neighbouring emirate of Dubai, also known as the ‘Pearl of the Gulf’. Start with a photo-stop at the magnificent Al Noor Mosque on Al Buhaira Corniche and proceed to the iconic mosque in Sharjah, the King Faisal Mosque. Then visit the Islamic Civilization Museum. Several galleries display carefully restored artifacts from around the Muslim world, celebrating Islamic contribution to the World Heritage. Head to Sharjah’s ‘Old Town’ after a stroll through the restored traditional market Souk Al Arsa, Enjoy a visit to the Heritage Museum which showcases the history and traditions of the Emirates and the Emirates of Sharjah. Explore Souk Al Markazi - a treasure trove of carpets, jewellery and handicrafts.
Once in Ajman, you will first get to see the most visited historical attraction in the emirate - Ajman Museum, that houses fascinating collection of Artefacts. The exhibits offer a compelling glimpse of Ajman's past - from centuries-old manuscripts and weaponry to models of wooden dhows and ingenious irrigation systems.
Before returning to Dubai, you will pass by the Cultural Palace Square - a key highlight of the many tourist places in Sharjah. It features a 14-metre high pedestal with a sculpture of the Holy Quran. It is also a popular place for concerts and events.
