What to expect
Enjoy an artistic guided walk in the footsteps of the famous Neapolitan musician Pino Daniele! You'll start your tour in Bar Battelli, an ancient café that inspired Pino Daniele's song "Na tazzulella 'e café". There, you'll enjoy a delicious Italian coffee before proceeding towards Pino Daniele's home.
You'll admire the house where the artist lived during his youth and where his brother Carmine still lives. Carmine will tell you unpublished anecdotes and stories about his brother's youth and childhood. You'll then continue towards the Church of Santa Maria dell'Aiuto, where you'll attend a monologue by the actor and singer Ciro Granada.
Your tour will continue in Piazza Ecce homo, where you'll hear about the story of Enzo Affinita, Pino Daniele's historic barber and then you'll taste a sfogliatella at Rino's artisan pastry shop. Then, you'll stop at Vai Mò, which takes its name from a famous album of Pino Daniele, where you'll relax and enjoy a Spritz.
To conlude, you'll stop at the Vico Pazzariello, where you'll attend the performance of "The last Pazzariello" of Naples in the "sparata" that used to open Pino Daniele's concerts. There, you'll also enjoy a slice of pizza and a glass of Aglianico wine or Falanghina del Taburno.
