My friend and I were both extremely disappointed with the trip. First the Spanish city was closed due to no electricity. It was pointless walking around when everything was closed. Next was the Bastillia . We should have been informed beforehand that tickets weren't included.we did not have the option to buy as they had sold out. In Barcelona because of road works we managed in 2 hours to look in 3 shops walking up abd down les rambles.. jot a relaxing afternoon unfortunately .

Unfortunately we were told to go to the wrong bus stop by staff in our hotel. Therefore missing our Barcelona experience Maybe the loss of our TUI hotel rep contributed to this ! Or maybe just the language barrier!

Itvwas well worth going on this trip, we really enjoyed it. Our guide Tracy was excellent. She was so knowledgeable and gave us information about everywhere we passed. I think the trip would have been even better if it had included admission to the Sagrada Famiiglia at an extra cost.

Teresa, is a well polished professional TUI star, she was our guide and a delight to have. Between Teresa and our driver the day was clockwork. We don’t do tours as a rule but wanted to see parts of Barcelona. Our site based rep Andre took time to explain the trip, was at the bus to see all the hotel guests off and what we received was as Andre explained. The tour was very informative, the village- amazing , the tourist tour and time in Barcelona. Things to improve a bus with a toilet on board.

An excellent guided tour. Our guide Isabelle and driver Ariel were friendly, conscentious, attentive, informative, and efficient. We did not feel rushed at any point and learned so much about the culture of Catalonia. The one incident that horrified us, however, was when another passenger on the tour urinated on the back seat of the coach instead of waiting for the coach to get us to our first destination. This "gentleman" had no shame or remorse and marred what was an otherwise excellent day.

I loved the tour around the city looking at all the aspects of different architecture. I felt there wasn’t enough time to enjoy Spanish village. 30 mins wasn’t long enough. I also thoroughly enjoyed the market experience. Had two hours there. I would say there wasn’t enough absolutely no time for lunch and enjoy the spectacular architecture surrounding us. We were in the bus 90 percentile the time. Had to use the two hours time at market to eat. Not long enough for me Fabulous. Excellent

From when driver picked us up on time . Michael our tour guide was excellent very informative pointing out all landmarks of interest on our way to Barcelona. Felt very safe with our tourist driver ! Michael walked with us and up to the monastery of Sant Miquel and left us to wonder round at our own leisure . Next was the Cathedral it was amazing to see all the work that’s been done and it’s not finished yet . Then to Ramblas Street for shopping etc ! Great day out and worth booking with the TUI

Tour guide was very knowledgeable,cannot fault guide or driver for anything (thank you Theresa and Alfonso our driver) only downside was no toilet on bus for such a long journey, but then again understandable the fact that it was illegal to stand in the isle. Maybe some kind of compromise for future tours???

We got left in Barcelona even though we were back at the meeting point at the time arranged. I had 2 young children with me. Guide-tracey said she's not doing a head count while we were on our way to Barcelona. Which i think is silly when you have families and young children on the tour.

We stopped at the Pineda. A bus came to pick us up and we went to Barcelona with other passengers. the bus number was 06. . sorry I don't remember the name. the driver is very attentive and careful.. if I could bet 100 I would do it. our guide was above all praise. our tour to Barcelona was fantastic.thank you for taking care of us. hope to see you again soon.thank you. 100 points.

We arrived at Poble Espanyol for it opening and were able to enjoy it before it got too busy. The exterior of the Sagadra Familia is extraordinary, would loved to have gone in but there isn't time on this trip. We had around 2.5 hours free time to explore Las Rambla which didn't sound much but after a busy, hot but very enjoyable day we were happy to get back on the bus around 4.30. Guide Michael was helpful and friendly. Overall, a great excursion.

The split of time across the three stops could have been better. Sagrada Familia was very rushed at just 35 minutes, whereas you had well over two hours at Las Ramblas. The guide, Mike, was just OK. He was relying on people not really listening and was getting dates etc mixed up. The trip was very much just OK.

Excellent trip, tour guide was fantastic, very friendly, very informative of the area, and the history of Catalonia. Poble Espanyol was beautiful with fabulous views of the city of Barcelona. Barcelona itself was great, Gaudi's Sagrada Familia is absolutely beautiful, as is the city itself. Will definitely visit Barcelona again as there is far too much to see in one day, but this trip gives you the opportunity to have a a taste of this fantastic city and what is on offer.

Michael our guide was fantastic. He gave us loads of information and direction. Walked us to The Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia . We had 2 hours free time after the Cathedral. It was a good trip for a taster of Barcelona but you would need to return again to see more. I would recommend this trip.

The TUI guide with the coach walked past us as we proceeded from our hotel, Belevedere, to the coach No 6, at the correct pick up point, the Romana Hotel. The coach door was closed and as we waited the tour guide returned and got on the coach, without speaking to us, and drove off leaving us standing there. We were there before the stated collection time. We spoke with the Tui rep in Belevedere and he showed us a photo the guide took outside Belevedere and no one there. We were at the Romana.

We were told to wait for the coach outside the hotel. Which we did. It didn't arrive,so after 3/4 of an hour we went back into the hotel and complained. Eileen told us that we had been waiting in the wrong place. We were offering to go the next day,but it was too long a tour. My husband and l both heard the instructions to wait outside the hotel,but we were told that was not the case.

Mile was amazing with his knowledge and understanding of the areas. And the driver was kind and friendly. Well structured for the locations but would have enjoyed more free time but understand due to the location this wouldn't be hugely possible. Possible try and arrange 3 pick up spots to prevent the traveling to hotels so save time as that took a while to do.

Our tour guided was excellent. We didn’t really find the old Spanish town very good. Half of the shops were closed and lots and lots of schoolchildren were visiting, they were running about all over the place. When in Barcelona city we were warned by the tour guide about pickpockets, we experienced seeing a member from our bus be attempted with pick pockets, we were watching them and scared them off. This totally put us on edge during the Sagrada Famillia viewing, we didn’t feel safe at all.

The coach journey was good and the guide was very informative. She had great knowledge of the city. But it was restricted to only 3 parts of the city, the Spanish Village, Holy Family Church and the port so it wasn't really a city tour as such. The guide described it as a snapshot kind of tour to give ideas where to visit if we go back to Barcelona, suggesting a weekend break would be the best form. Maybe drop 'city' tour and suggest specific tours of Barcelona?

The tour was priced at 49 euros each at the hotel , but as no tui rep turned up we had to book it online. This cost us £49 each which meant we paid over 18 euros extra for the trip , and it would not accept the promo code either. We were only allowed 45 minutes to see the famalia sagrada Church and only just over an hour to see poble espanol. This only allowed us just enough time to see the museum. It wasn't worth a few hours of free time as it took too long to get too and from pick up point.

Our guide was very informative, telling us about where we were driving through. On arriving at Spanish village he took us upto the monastery and then we had free time. Arriving in Barcelona our guide took us to the Cathedral ( he had already given us information on the coach) The Cathedral was amazing. We had 2 hours free time. Our coach driver was great.

Fab guide and driver and was lovely to see sagrada familiar again. I've never done pobl espanyol and it was amazing! But to only habe one hour meant we literally rush walked around, saw no demonstrations and couldn't see it all. Shame as it was fantastic. Didn't see much if the famous city bar a modern shopping centre on way out which again was rushed. This trip needs separating into 2 so all can be enjoyed fully.

Poble Espanyol was a lovely Spanish village with an art museum and shops selling hand-made items. Would have loved to spend more time at this stop. Sagrada Familia is an awesome building, this stop was just to walk around the outside of the building and take photos and we had a look at the little stalls outside. We seemed to have too. Much time at this stop. The last stop was shopping, the aquarium or walking. I would have loved more time at the first stop, rather than 2hrs here.

Initially, I had reservations about booking this excursion because I have young children and was concerned about the amount of walking involved. To my surprise, this turned out to be the highlight of our holiday. The kids not only had a great time but also learned a great deal about the history of Barcelona. The walking was not a problem at all, as there were plenty of breaks, opportunities for drinks, and restroom stops. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend.

We enjoyed the Pablo Espanyol and thought it was the correct amount of time to be there. It reminded us of Port Merion. Also was amazed by the spectacular Familia and Mike had given us loads of info on it before we arrived so we knew what to look for. We had little idea of what we were seeing and found the time there a waste of money and time. Drive around some parts of Barcelona was ok. Gaudi 's cathedral trip involved a long walk from coach. Despite being mid seventies this did not worry us but might other participants with limited mobility. We were then taken to aquarium area. We walked from there to Las Ramlas .

It was advertised with a focus on Poble Espanyol. But in reality from those 5 hours in Barcelona, we had only c40 minutes in Poble Espanyol, place where you can easily stay for 3 hours and enjoy. You get 1 hour, but you walk from and to the bus so they don’t leave without you. Next, was Segrada Familia, where you get 30 minutes to quickly walk around, in reality just 15 minutes. And then you get 2 hours next to the Aquarium, area we were not interested in. I felt rushed and stressed.

Sagrada Familia was also very good, but we were delayed by heavy traffic, so did not have so much time in the harbour area / Las Ramblas etc... Therese, our guide was superb. Very informative and kept us entertained throughout the trip. Our driver, Jorge was calm and punctual. It was a long day and the coach was very stuffy and hot. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working. I would have liked to have visited the Playa Espanyol at the end of the day as nothing was open when we went there in the morning. Salou is lovely,long sandy beach,lots of shops and restuarants.it was about 30 degrees when we went so a trip on the catamarran and the cool sea breeze was very welcome.the barcelone excursion was really nice,theresa the guide was full of knowledge about the city and surrounding towns.we stayed in the H10 salou princess and like all the H10s was immaculately clean and really nice and pleasant staff.

We were disappointed with the Poble Espanyol experience. It was our first stop on arrival in Barcelona. It was advertised as being a open air museum with craft shops/workshops and exhibits. It looked like a small village, it was very pretty. But most of the shops, all cafes, all workshops, and some of the exhibits, were closed. There was almost nothing to do there. Apart from that the trip was good and the guide was great, very friendly and informative.

The TUI guide, Michael, was friendly and informative of details for the excursion. The coach was very clean and driven well. It was great to see different parts of Barcelona, Poble de Espanyol, Sagrada Familia, which is amazing up close although busy at peak times, and have free time to rome after to go to the Aquarium ( separate ticket ), wander to Las Ramblas or just relax at a restaurant at the port.

The guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave a lot of information about Barcelona. It was nice to see the highlights. It would have been better to have a few more short stops for photos. Less time was needed at the Poble Espanyol - the group were all finished 15 minutes before meeting.

Firstly I was expecting to see more of Barcelona, instead of stopping off at pobla espanyol, which I thought was the guides name on the ticket. I was looking forward to Gaudi park, pictures were shown on the advert to the tour but no mention of it all day, a lot walking from bus to attractions which I did not find necessary, I did enjoy small parts of the tour, but not quite what was expected.

The Rep Isabelle was very good, she had a really good knowledge of the city & area. Enjoyed the fact that we got to see gothic quarter by coach - it was a very hot day. Would recommend going to Las Ramblas in free time rather than port shopping centre.

As a family of 4, we had a wonderful holiday at the Othels Dorada Hotel in Salou. Rooms spotless, very friendly staff and cleaners. Food fantastic and an amazing selection to suit everyone. TUI staff most helpful with booking trips, always available near Reception at set times. Indoor pool and sauna lovely and the outdoor pool, though very busy was fine too. We will definitely be back in the future. 10 out of 10 from us.

Excellent Tui tour guide, friendly and very knowledgeable. Lacked enough free time in Barca as two hours wasn’t quite enough but the bus tour round the city was excellent and driver managed to pack in most landmarks.

We enjoyed the experience, but felt we should have been dropped nearer the city centre and shops to enjoy the free time. It was far to hot and far to appreciate more of the city. The tour guide and driver were brilliant.

Rep spoke too fast and pointed out things people at back of coach could not see, her enthusiasm was good but only seeing 3 places and having 2.5 hours of free time to do shopping really wasn't my thing, I thought the tour would show more of Barcelona and be more engaging than being spoken at. Really good as a quick starter to Barcelona.
