Staff member on the ticket desk was very shouty, ordering us to be certain places and certain times. However all other members of staff were lovely. The whole museum was really interesting and we really enjoyed it all.

It was so amazing, and i learnt so much - all about the planet, our water and melting glaciers. I learnt about the sea life n the ecological role it plays. Learnt about the birds and the land animals. The effects were amazing. Loved the lava show, the aurora show and the ice caves. Not to mention how amazing the observation deck was. Truly spectacular. Staff were so helpful - even called a taxi for me. An outstanding experience from start to finish - thank you

We loved the northern lights show. The other videos were very good, but we could have been anywhere watching them… the building itself is very interesting and the way the exhibits are laid out across floors adds to the overall experience. The dome is spectacular.

Seemed expensive. However we did spend over 3 hours watching and reading all the exhibits. Aurora in the planetarium was fantastic. Lava show good, but could have been better with a voice over. All staf very helpful and polite. Observation deck worth a visit to get a 360' view of Reykjavik, but beware it's very windy.

Great experience. Aurora show was mesmerising. Volcano section very informative and shaking seats a surprise!! My favourite bit was the ice tunnel. Careful if you go down the walkways if you're tall..... it was fabulous even if it was-15! Overall, a great exhibit and well worth a visit!

Great

Loved the golden circle tour, our guide Borgir was fantastic, very well informed and told a good story. Disappointed we didn’t get to see the northern lights but you can’t control the weather. The bus driver for the northern lights tour, Karl was also very good.

Wonderful 4 days in Iceland with two trips included - great value for money. The Golden Circle tour was excellent. Sadly, it was too cloudy for us to see the Northern Lights but our guide tried all he could to make it happen. The Skuggi Hotel was wonderful. Comfy beds, helpful staff and great location near to the harbour and Main Street.. Only niggle was being picked up at 6.30am for a 10.30am flight.

I loved the shows and the different interactions you had. Especially the restless earth and ice cave. I spent 3 hrs there and took me 20mins walk from my hotel (Klettur). It was a nice walk. There’s a cafe which isn’t too bad value wise and restaurant so any budget is catered for. Great views from the viewing deck. Highly recommend.

. When you book it doesn’t provide information about how long the trip lasts or information regarding transportation. We have done several trips and the all included a coach transfer. We had to walk to the venue for 9am, as we thought we were on a set time tour. You can arrive at anything as you self guide your visit and it takes up to 3 hours to see everything. I asked TUI questions via the app but never got a reply. Once we arrived we really enjoyed the experience

I would not recommend going to Iceland with Tui if you are a big person. Busses are cramped, you have to fight to keep your seats as you get off and on again during tours, as people will take them. Which is annoying if you need extra legroom. The Coach from the Airport does not stop outside the hotel. You have to carry your bags across snow and ice from the bus stop to your hotel. If you slip and fall it could ruin your holiday before you reach your hotel. Every other bus company stopped outside the hotel - Tui did not. Not only inconvenient but dangerous.
