The name given at the time of booking must be the same name that appears on the identity card or passport of each participant

Unsere Fuehrerin Uschi war sehr nett, hat gut erklaert. Sie war sehr bedacht darauf dass alle in der Gruppe gut mitkommen und andere Gruppen nicht zu behindern. Fuer mich persoenlich waren wir etwas langsam unterwegs und ich hatte mir ein wenig mehr geschichtlichen Kontext gewuenscht. Aber da empfinden Teilnehmer sicher unterschiedlich

Der angegebenr Treffpunkt wurde nicht eingehalten, das hat uns verunsichert Allerdings ist der Treffpunkt auch schlecht gewählt, da er 1. in der langen Sonne liegt und 2. In einem abgegrenzten Bereich, in dem man gar nicht hinein kommt, da dort Service Mitarbeiter der alhambra stehen, diese wiederum wussten dann gar nicht bescheid über den Treffpunkt (waren aber sehr freundlich und bemüht zu helfen) Der Guide war super, das Audiosystem hat auch gut funktioniert

Perfekt organisierte Tour. Unser Guide Allessandro hat ein unglaubliches Wissen und hat uns in den 3 Stunden sehr abwechslungsreich über die Geschichte der Alhambra informiert. Da es von TUI offiziell nicht angeboten wird, haben wir uns einen Mietwagen besorgt und sind selber angereist. Die Tour als Kleingruppe ist sehr empfehlenswert, volle Punktzahl

No transport arranged from Nerja to Granada so had to organise this in advance ourselves. I understand this is difficult to organise as tickets for the Alhambra get sold out. However you could sell a trip from Nerja including Alhambra tickets 3 months in advance.

La guida che ci hanno assegnato era molto preparata e ci ha coinvolto nel tour con un suo taglio particolare facendoci comprendere cosa rappresenta Alhambra, il reale significato storico e morale del sito con i risvolti e le sfumature socio-politiche-culturali. Unico appunto forse sono troppe 3 ore.

Die Tourführerin Maria war absolut spitze! Kurzweilig, witzig und interessant. Sie hatte auf jede Frage eine Antwort parat. Das fehlende Parkticket bei der Einfahrt (wurde nicht „ausgespuckt“) hat nach der Tour Nerven gekostet.

Die Alhambra und Generalive Tour hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Menschenmassen sind jedoch zu viel. Das Kopfhörer-System funktioniert nur begrenzt, da durch die Massen an Besuchern immer wieder Störungen vorkommen.

La descrizione dei vari palazzi e ambienti è stata molto accurata, con ripetuti cenni alla storia del periodo.

Die Führung durch die Alhambra war ein Traum. Das lag aber auch an unseren Fremdenführerin - Sie hatte ein enormes Wissen und sehr lebendig erzählt.
Wir hatten die Führung auf deutsch - das war auch gut so, denn ich denke das ich auf englisch nicht die Hälfte der Informationen verstanden hätte.
