What to expect

Explore the untamed wilderness of Kenya in 4 days!Day 1: Early morning drive towards Tsavo East National Park, game drive enroute to the lodge for check in and lunch. Relax or a swim before setting off to the park for your afternoon game drive in search of the big five animals. Return to Ashnil Aruba Lodge at sunset for dinner and overnight.Day 2: After an early breakfast, depart to Amboseli National Park, game drive enroute to Amboseli Sentrim Camp for lunch. Embark on an afternoon game drive in search of amazing wildlife including cheetah, buffalos, giraffes, zebras, elephants, lions, hippos and other wild animals. If the weather is clear, you will be able to spot the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.Day 3: Early morning game drive in the park, return to the camp for breakfast and later depart for Taita Hills Sanctuary with arrival due for lunch. In the afternoon head to Salt Lick Lodge built on stilts overlooking a floodlighted waterhole so you will be able to spot the animals coming to drink. Afternoon game drive in the Sanctuary returning to the lodge at sunset. Before dinner depart for a night game drive. Dinner and overnight at Salt Lick Safari Lodge.Day 4: Early morning game drive in the Sanctuary returning to the lodge for breakfast, mid-morning game drive followed by lunch at the resort, check out and depart to Mombasa.

Unterkünfte waren TOP. Salt Lick Unterkunft in Taita Hills ist einmalig. Guide/Fahrer war sehr gut und fuhr sehr sicher. Der Fahrer war im ständigen Austausch mit den anderen Fahrern und konnte uns so viele Tiere zeigen. Night Game mit dem Ranger zusammen war ein schönes Erlebnis. Der Besuch des Massai Dorfes ist nicht dabei und muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden, am Schluss des Besuches hat es einen Markt der Massai Frauen, das war etwas nervig und sehr aufdringlich.

Die Tour wurde leider nicht so ausgeführt wie sie gebucht war. Der Guide teilte uns morgens, bei der Abholung mit,dass wir die Tour rückwärts ,also von Position 4 bis 1,fahren. Es gab keine Begründung, dass Büro teilte es ihm am Morgen per Telefon mit. Dadurch war der Ablauf nicht mehr so auszuführen wie es geplant war.

Stay at salt lick and Ashnil was great. Amboseli accommodation was a little tired and could do with modernising. Game drives were fantastic. Our guide, Bashir was 10 out of 10 and he made the trip very special.

Die 4-Tages Tour lohnt absolut! Wir wurden von unserem Fahrer Omari pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt. Über die Straßen Kenias - das alleine ist schon toll, da man viel vom Land mit bekommt - ging es nach Tsavo East. Dort die Pirschfahrten im Jeep mit offenem Dach wunderschön! Am nächsten Tag ging es nach dem Frühstück weiter nach Amboseli - eine lange Fahrt aber es lohnt sich! Der Aufenthalt in Taita Hills in der Salt Lick Lodge inkl Abend-Pirschfahrt war der krönende Abschluss! Riesen Dank an Omari!

Kein guide obwohl mifgebucht, Fahrer konnte kein Englisch und ist am Steuer eingeschlafen. Auto hat Probleme gemacht und musste öfter angeschrieben werden. Kundenservice katastrophal

Super Preis Leistungs verhältnis Toller Guide Gutes Essen Gute lodges Für uns war das Programm eventuell etwas zu intensiv und wir hätten gerne vielleicht einen drive weniger gemacht um die Tiere bei der lodge zu beobachten

Unser Tourführer war super klasse! Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und er war super nett und lustig. Die Safaris waren einfach atemberaubend, gesehen haben wir aus nächster Nähe Elefanten, Giraffen, Gazellen, Gnus, Sträuße, Hyänen und eine ganze Löwenfamilie. Einfach nur unbeschreiblich!! Die Lodges waren klasse, vorallem die Salt Lick auf Stelzen, wo Elefanten und Büffel direkt vor den Augen am Wasserloch trinken. Allem in allen eine unvergessliche Erfahrung, sehr empfehlenswert!
