What to expect
Try a new water sport in Tenerife with this two-hour stand-up paddle lesson. This enjoyable and relaxing activity originated in Hawaii and is great fun. Certified instructors will show you the ropes, from analysing meteorology and navigation to safety – currents, boats and so on – and techniques such centre of balance, gravity and turns.
