The Technik Museum Speyer offers you the unique opportunity to climb around in an original jumbo jet and inspect the interior of a submarine and a sea rescue cruiser.One of the largest space exhibitions in Europe awaits you with the Russian space shuttle BURAN, an original moonstone, space suits, and a Soyuz landing capsule, as well as locomotives, vintage cars, fire engines, motorcycles, and thousands of other exhibits.In the Museum Wilhelmsbau, you can experience mechanical musical instruments, fashion, and dolls. The IMAX DOME cinema is unique in Germany and shows exclusive films on a giant dome screen. Don't miss your chance to watch a spectacular movie.

Most parts of the museum (parking places, restaurant, lobby with ticket office, open-air ground, ground floor of the museum halls, etc.) are barrier-free. However, the upper floors of the museum halls and some of the exhibits, like the aircraft on the museum roof, are not accessible for wheelchairs or buggies
Museum opening hours are 09.00 am - 6.00 pm on weekdays and 09:00 am -7.00 pm on weekends and public holidays
Museum opening hours on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are limited until 2.00 pm; IMAX screening times may vary

There is so much to see at the museum, with a wide variety of interesting vehicles. The museum was a very short walk from the dock, so was easy to get to. Facilities there were good.

Ich habe die Astronauten aus der nähe gesehen und mit ihnen gesprochen und die Hand gegeben. Das war für mich ein großartiges Erlebnis. Hätte nie gedacht dass das möglich wäre.
Das Museum selbst ist sowas von Exponaten aus aller Welt gefüllt, man braucht schon Zeit.
Empfehlenswert absolut.

Ich hatte die Eintrittskarte online gebucht. An der Kasse konnte man damit 10 Minuten lang nichts anfangen. Auf meine Frage, ob ich helfen könne, wurde ich blöd angepampt. Die Ausstellung ist unübersichtlich und Staub wischen könnte man auch mal.
