The fondue sequence begins with the traditional cheese fondue, accompanied by bread, broccoli, pepperoni sausage, potatoes, and guava. Then, you will taste the meat fondue in the stone, La Pierrat, with noble cuts of beef, pork, and chicken, garnished with 12 varieties of sauces and farofa. To finish the series, enjoy the chocolate fondue and taste the flavors of seasonal fruits with the most appreciated of sweets.
