Unfortunately didn’t see the basilica due to Pops massage. This Was not made clear when booking as we would have not booked for a Wednesday visit. This should be made evident. As was disappointing. But the guide was very good and entertaining making the visit enjoyable.

Vi fick inte se Peterskyrkan, vilket var en besvikelse. Det framgick dock tydligt att det kunde vara inskränkningar i den möjligheten, så ingen kritik! Guiden, Melissa, var mycket kunnig och rolig att lyssna på.

It wasn't clear who our guide was as the company name on the card he was holding didn't match what was on our booking. Our guide, Melissa was amazing. She knew what she was doing and was very knowledgeable. She made the whole tour come to life and pointed out everything of interest. Would highly recommended.

Guide was very good, funny but professional. She tried to keep the mood up despite having to detour, go through rain, and being late for the Cathedral (due to the detour). Can recommend this tour if you are interested in the main points, without going too much into details, allowing us to look more.

A great guide that was knowledgeable and managed to navigate us around the busy area. Well worth a visit. We booked early and we’re able to see and enjoy the tour. When we finish the guide gave us information on how to access the basilica.

Wir haben bei der TUI gebucht, der Veranstalter war" Towns of Italy", die haben an "Florenetown" weitergegeben und die an einen "freien Mitarbeiter", der sich sehr wenig an dem Treffpunkt gezeigt hatte. Er hatte keinerlei eindeutige Zeichen. Da wir unsicher waren, haben wir die Sicherheitsgarde des Vatican eingeschaltet, der keine der vorgenannten Organisationen kannte und Meldung zu der Vorgesetzten Abteilung gemacht hat. Wir haben durch Glück unseren Führer gefunden, er war sehr, sehr gut.
