Enjoy a guided walking tour along the narrow streets of the Reinassance Florence and explore a city full of art.Discover Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the residence of the Medici dynasty residence in the San Lorenzo district, with the church and mausoleum chapels. Marvel at the Cathedral with its incredible Brunelleschi dome, the Baptistery of San Giovanni with the Porta del Paradiso (Gates of Paradise), and the elegant Giotto bell tower.Reach Via Calzaiuoli in the heart of the city, and admire the scenic Orsanmichele Church, a masterpiece of Florentine gothic art. Arrive in Piazza Signoria, the best square in the city with its Fountain of Neptune. Conclude by crossing Ponte Vecchio, one of the main symbols of Florence.

We chose this walking tour for our first afternoon in Florence so that we could get a good overview of the city before we explored it in more depth. Our aim was certainly achieved. Our guide provided us with some great summarised information which has enhanced our knowledge for the rest of our stay.
It was a nice tour with only one other couple so it was easy and informative.
Despite the small group it could be a little hard to hear our guide if you were a step or two behind, so audio assistance may have improved the experience.
