Not allowed:
with the exception of guide dogs, which must be accompanied by an official document, no other animals are allowed

children under 5 years old have free admission
Madridista card holder must present the card at the entrance to the tour
please note that this is not a guided tour, so there is no guide
the ticket includes a visit to the entire Real Madrid Museum, only valid for the day and time selected as well. Please note that access to the museum will be limited using capacity control. Hold onto your ticket until you finish your tour, the Organisation will request it from you when you leave to control capacity
the stadium is still under renovation, so the turf may be removed from the pitch when you visit, and possibly areas you can access may be limited to a panoramic view of the stadium, and the store
due to the various events that are held at the stadium, the route and timings of the visit may vary
opening hours from Monday to Saturday 9am-7pm; on Sundays and public holidays 9.30am-6.30pm

De tour was voor m’n boys geweldig.
Door een vertraging van onze doorreis moesten we helaas de tour afzeggen. Er werd me gemaild dat het helaas niet mogelijk was om tickets te verplaatsen. Jammer maar helder. Later werd gemaild dat we de volgende dag mochten komen. Super blij voor de boys.

We had fabulous time around the stadium it was what my son most wanted to do on our mum and son trip was see the stadium! it was shame we didn't see it with the pitch as they had singer on but still brilliant all the same

Sentiment mitigé. Autant ce stade, son histoire, les résultats du Real Madrid m'ont attirés vers ce musée, j'ai quand même une sensation d'insatisfaction. Il y a un manque d'investissement pour ce musée qui pourrait être plus étoffé (objets de joueurs, statues des grands joueurs, images anciennes)

Ungeführte Tour durch das Stadion. Die Wegbeschilderung ist eindeutig und die Route gut zu finden. Toiletten sind nur an einer Stelle, zu der man während der Tour nicht zurück kommt. Man wird zunächst durch das Museum geleitet. Dann kleiner Bereich auf der Tribüne, wo man sich aufhalten kann. Keine Besichtigung der Kabine, des Presseraums und der Trainerbank möglich. (Vielleicht den Umbau Maßnahmen geschuldet). Da das Station komplett umgebaut wird/wurde haben wir keinen Rasen gesehen.

L'esperienza è stata abbastanza piacevole, anche se non è stato possibile accedere al campo e agli spogliatoi, ma la sala dei trofei è la vera attrazione. Il Prezzo del biglietto è decisamente alto se paragonato ad altre attrazioni (basti pensare al museo del Prado o al Regina Sofia)

J’ai pour la première fois acheté les billets chez l’opérateur musement. J’étais satisfait. Le premier jour la visite n’a pas eu lieu car complet ?
On m’a prévenu pour changer de date sinon le remboursement. Ils m’ont ensuite envoyé les billets pour le lendemain. Le contact avec est instantané.

Nous avions pris des ola es pour stade Bernabéu Madrid mais mauvaises date. Devant le stade on nous dit pas le bon jour. Nous avons appelé nous sommes tombes sur un monsieur très gentil qui nous a changé les billets pour le jour dans les 30mn qui ont suivi.très réactif

Una bella esperienza peccato per il campo dove c'erano i lavori e non c'era l'erba. Moltissimi lavori anche all'esterno oltre che all'internocon ponteggi e rumori di lavori continui. Forse il prezzo del biglietto dovrebbe essere ridotto.

Bit disappointed the stadium was under construction would have loved to see the pitch laid.was nice seeing all the trophies but felt there wasn't enough of an experience really thought we may have gotten to see the changing rooms or at least see a bit more as I said slightly a bit disappointed

L'emblématique Stadium Santiago Bernabéu est juste incroyable. J'ai passé les moments les plus forts dans un stade de foot. C'était une première pour moi. C'est le stade que je choisissais quand je jouais à la Playstation.
