Die Tour wäre vielleicht schön gewesen, wenn sie stattgefunden hätte. TUI hat noch am Vortag erinnert. Besser wäre gewesen mitzuteilen, dass der Bus seit Wochen in der Werkstatt steht, um nichts stattfindet. Eine Anfrage zur Erstattung wurde von TUI beantwortet, man müsse wegen der Buchungsdetails mit dem Anbieter Kontakt aufnehmen. Nach einer Woche wurde das Ticket von TUI geschlossen - ohne ERSTATTUNG, OHNE ANDERWEITIG ERKLÄRUNGEN. Lieber beim Anbieter direkt Buchen.
