What to expect
Your tour guide picks you up at your hotel or at the designed meeting point and after that, your tour will begin!Visit first the War Remnants Museum, where you'll see artifacts related to the First Indochina War and the Vietnam War. Continue your trip to the Independence Palace, a special national monument, witnessing many historical events of the country, especially the liberation of the South to reunify the country on April 30, 1975. Admire the Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon, in the center of Ho Chi Minh City and the famous Saigon Central Post Office.After lunch, move to Cu Chi Tunnels, where you'll visit the simulated Liberation Area, recreating the historical period from 1960 to 1975, the B52 Bomb Hole, and the secret entrance and bamboo trap, and watch a documentary about the mystery of Cu Chi Tunnels.Explore battle bunkers and trenches, go through the tunnel system, including the weapons side, kitchen, and hospital. Try out the food that the VC ate during the war and if you want, you can try a real shooting experience.
