The journey takes you to the mountainous Hida region in Gifu Prefecture, home to the beautifully preserved city of Hida Takayama.Upon arrival, a stroll down Sannomachi Street offers a taste of local delicacies such as Hida beef and Takayama ramen, while showcasing the work of local craftsmen. You'll then visit one of the morning markets - either Miyagawa Market or Jinya-Mae Market - for an authentic glimpse into local life. Your guide will also recommend top spots for lunch (not included).Post-lunch, the tour heads to Gasyomura in Shiragawa-go, a place renowned for its scenic mountains, paddy fields, and trickling rivers.
