If you have scheduled a hotel pickup, please be at the location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Note: Many hotels have dedicated tour pick up locations away from the main lobby. Please confirm you are at the correct location within your hotel prior to pick-up. Excellent in as much as when the helicopter trip got cancelled due to mechanical issue the company advised us as soon as possible and offered to change the date. Couldn't do it though as we left for home next day
Excellent that the refund was processed less than one week later.
