What to expect
Start the day with a short 5 metre abseil to learn the techniques. Then with your instructor explaining each step, work up to some bigger 15-metre abseils. Finish off with an adrenaline-pumping 30-metre overhanging abseil.After a tasty lunch, begin the afternoon with a lesson on rock climbing techniques, then complete several single-pitch climbs.This trip has been designed to be suitable for all skill levels. It is a perfect introduction into the vertical world of rock.

You need to be quite fit in order to truly enjoy this activity
Your guides have certificates in abseiling and Rock climbing, First Aid, and a Bronze medallion with hundreds of years of experience
