Führung und Führer durch die Elbphilharmonie sehr gut, engagiert und gutes Fachwissen. Skipper Sam bei der Bootstour war mit Leib und Seele dabei. Man hat gemerkt, dass ihm die Fahrt auch Spaß macht

Nur wäre es schön gewesen den Voucher für die Hafenfahrt ein paar Tage früher zu bek.. Es war vorher nicht ersichtlich, dass die Fahrt variabel ist.

freundlicher, zugewandter Fremdenführer, brachte sein Wissen charmant rüber. Allerdings habe ich mehr eine Führung in der Elphi statt zu ihr hin erwartet. Außer der langen Rolltreppe und dem Zugang zur Plaza gab es nichts. Ich hatte ein Blick hinter die Kulissen erwartet. Schade.

Wir haben ein Kombiticket (Hafenrundfahrt & Elbphilharmonie) online gekauft. Hier waren zwei unterschiedliche Anmeldeadressen hinterlegt. Leider wusste der Hafenbetrieb nicht wie es nach der Fahrt weitergeht und umgekehrt. Wir mussten uns durchfragen. Die Abstimmung könnte deutlich besser sein
