Under the guidance of your welcoming local host, Fusina, discover the secrets to creating authentic Dutch pancakes from scratch.These delectable treats are thicker than French crêpes yet thinner than American pancakes. Have fun flipping the pancakes in the air! Once your creations are ready, enjoy them alongside other specialties.The menu includes: farmer's cheese with sweet apple syrup, herring with pickles and onions (Dutch sashimi), Dutch pancakes (apple and bacon), apple schnitt - homemade apple pie from Fusina's grandmother's recipe, and Dutch white wine. This is a family-friendly activity, a fun and educational start to the day!
