Both venues were excellent to see, however I felt the tour guide was difficult to understand and very monotone.
I felt the tour of both venues too much to do back to back and maybe would be better with a break built in.
The overs experience was excellent and I would recommend it.

Max our tour guide was very knowledgable and friendly. He did talk quite fast and with a strong accent this made it hard to follow on occasions. The tour was interesting, not too rushed, the Basilica and the Palace were beautiful and well worth a visit, it definitely helped to skip the lines as there were long queues outside. It would be helpful to include a map of the meeting point as this was not easy to find initially.

Mark our guide was brilliant. Very informative and funny. He gave lots of time for pictures and we never felt rushed. Skip the line tickets were worth it and made it very quick to get into both attractions. Tour included all the major sights including the Basilica museum and terraces, the bridge of Sighs and the prison.

The Basilica tour was spoilt as the audio system was not working properly unless you stood next to the guide, it started late which meant that Doge's Palace tour had been missed and we had to return in the afternoon for that. The Doge's Palace tour was excellent, with a good guide and working audio

Außerdem wurde eine notwendig gewordene Umbuchung durch das Musement-Kundenservice sehr unbürokratisch und kundenfreundlich gelöst!

Die Führung war sehr gut. Leider wurde die Führung 2 mal fortgeführt ohne das alle wieder bei der Gruppe waren, weshalb man einen Teil der Führung verpasst hat, bis man die Gruppe wieder gefunden hat. Hier sollte mehr darauf geachtet werden, dass alle wieder da sind bevor man weiter geht.

Anfangs Probleme bei der Buchung, nach einem Telefonat alles geklappt. Führung sehr interessant, unbedingt empfehlenswert, Warteschlangen tatsächlich umgangen.
